The relaxing and beautiful surroundings of the property. Everything was well looked after from the rooms, swimming pool, bar and outside areas.

Das Hotel wird dem Namen Boutique Hotel wirklich gerecht. Die Cabins sind sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool mit dem Blick aufs Meer war einfach traumhaft. Das direkt angrenzende, kleine und nette Hotelrestaurant mit der tollen Musik war sehr komfortabel. Das Essen, vor allem die Speisen zum Lunch, waren hervorragend. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt, ständig werden die sehr schön angelegten Gärten auf Vordermann gebracht und das Seegrass am Strand entfernt.
Das Personal war sehr bemüht, manchmal für europäische Verhältnisse allerdings zu schnell am Abräumen. Halbvolle Teller und Gläser muss man regelrecht beschützen. Aber das Phänomen kennen wir auch von anderen Ländern, vor allem auch aus den USA. Es war etwas schade, dass das Restaurant, bzw. die Bar bereits um 17 Uhr geschlossen wurde und das Restaurant für das Dinner nur an drei Tagen die Woche geöffnet wird.

Dit was nou echt een keer een locatie waar alles in het echt ook net zo was als op de foto's. Superlocatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Je mag kayaks en sups lenen. De huisjes zijn ruim en fijn en schoon. Wifi werkt overal in de locatie binnen en buiten. Lekkere cocktails. Niet goedkoop, maar waren onze laatste dagen van de reis en elke euro was het waard!

La plage est nettoyée tous les jours.
Le restaurant est très bon comparé à tous les autres que nous avons pu tester.

Les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Dommage que les draps soient synthétiques.

The friendliest place I have ever stayed. Superb service and beautiful accommodations right on the gorgeous beach. Lovely pool too. Located right in the village but very quiet and peaceful. Small boutique resort makes you feel at home.

Great hotel, staff and location. Lovely pool with beach and ocean right there. Near center of Hopkins but very quiet and safe. Apartment was like a nice little two bedroom flat. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food. Overall excellent place to stay.
Lights were a bit bright. More lamps with orange tinge to bulbs would help at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful, everyone made a point of remembering our names. The drinks were amazing we had food waiting for us when we arrived and it was actually one of the best meals we had in Belize. They have two cute security dogs that enjoyed getting pet. It a family type of atmosphere it didn’t take long to feel like you were part of theirs. The excursions were fun and well organized by the staff.
The sand flies but that can’t be controlled there everywhere in Belize.

I could not say enough about this place. The location, facilities and service was exceptional but most of all the staff and owners of the resort go over and beyond to make sure the guest received excellent care.

We loved this place! Much quieter than the bigger resorts! Super clean! Our little cabin was right on the beach and everything was very well done. Helpful staff checked on us frequently but without being annoying.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this beachfront property, and it is in a good location close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. We stayed in a cute cabana with a small fridge and coffee maker. It’s convenient to have coffee first thing in the morning since we have been waking up early. The restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast until 8 am. It is very convenient to have the restaurant on site and we ate our breakfasts there. When we first arrived, the owner Damian was there to greet us. He was very friendly and helpful. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The staff were very nice. Coconut Row owned a tour shuttle and a boat. We had a rental car so we didn’t book an inland tour. We went on the “fish and snorkel” tour. The guide and boat Captain were very patient and helpful. We used their kayak on our last full day and that was a nice experience and the staff helped us get it on the beach. Our only disappointment is the thick sargussum along the beaches. It is not specific to Coconut Row. It is the entire Belize west coast problem. We didn’t realize that it was a big problem when we planned our vacation, and sadly, we didn’t enjoy the Belizean beach experience in San Pedro, Placencia, and Hopkins.

great location right on the beach. convenient to walk to a few restaurants and markets. (Hopkins is a really small village)
small and quiet village. if that's what you are looking for, it is a good fit. i just needed a little more stimulation. as a solo traveler, it was harder to schedule any tours or activities as all are based on a 2 person minimum. (this seems consistent across the country) and because it is a small village, less opportunity to find and join other groups. would have liked if the property manager had been more proactive in seeking local guides to help find those opportunities.

This is the perfect waterfront out of '50s movie. The staff were above and beyond in welcoming and accomodation.

Too much sea weed, this was not properly maintained or managed to make the water accessible or pleasant.

We had our own private little cabana, and walked right out onto a gorgeous beach. We even had our own little porch with chairs to enjoy the view.
Also, I left my pillow there by accident, and they’re going to mail it to me in the United States!!!
The service was a bit slow at breakfast, but they didn’t give us any problems about checking out late, so it worked out fine. And we had a fabulous ocean view for breakfast.
