It felt like home!

Very close to the beach, the Apartament was exceptional, with all the utilities that you need, very new, with a great owner, very professional who was very receptive to our requests! We definitely recommend it!

Modern appartment, fully equipped, 800m to the beach, very friendly host

+ Enrico is a great host. He is easily approachable for all questions. He also came by for a personal hello when we checked in. + The house seems recently renovated in a modern style. All facilities like bathroom, air-conditioning, security entrance door are up to recent standards. We liked it a lot. The host is putting further investments into the house, e.g. solar panels were installed when we were there. + Bikes and beach things are also available (inflatable donut, beach umbrellas, diving mask, etc) for free. Really nice. + Wifi works great in all rooms. + Parking your car in front of the house is normally easy. Note: "Palermo Holidays" is a house with 5 apartments. Make sure you look at the pictures of "your" apartment.

Overall, there is not much to criticise. Enrico, the host, does a great job. Smaller improvements - We booked the flat for 3 persons. The third bed was not prepared, we had to do it ourselves. - The mattress in the sleeping room is very simple (only 12cm thick, no slatted bed frame below). More comfort would be nice here. - The kitchenware was too basic/limited. E.g. pans are too old, need to be replaced; small bowls to eat cereals are missing, knives are fuzzy.

Superb

The place was comfortable and clean, it was close to the sea and everything necessary for a good holiday. It's proximity to Palermo is an undeniable asset that makes it a good base for some trips around Sicily. Mondello is very peaceful and tranquil and that goes for the apartment as well.

Some things, like trash bags for cleaning the place or covers for the duvets would come in handy but other than that, everything was perfect.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at beautiful home, great, quiet location just a few mins from the Mondello beach and town– perfect for a relaxing escape. Highly recommended. Very welcoming host, he gave us great local recommendations, the apartment was perfect very very clean with tea and coffee facilities and the bathroom was superb. very very clean and welcoming and we had a lovely balcony as well. The apartment has everything what you need for your escape. I cannot recommend this enough. I have been staying in lots of private owned apartments during the years, but never stayed in one of such high quality at this price.

Would really recommend this stay

the apartment is in a really great location. it has 3 terraces- the rooftop terrace especially has lovely views we could have stayed up there all the time! the apartment is a good size and bed is big and comfortable. Enrico was really helpful and friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations. he was also very contactable. the beach was only about a 10 minute walk away which was perfect. good to enjoy the sun from the apartment when the beach was really busy. I already want to go back!

the sofa was quite uncomfortable but there are lots of cushions/pillows provided

the host was very nice and helpful, he gave all the tips about the town and transport. Also the location was pretty good, about 900m to the beach

We had a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. Well, in the pictures we were attracted mainly by the balcony. On the spot it turned out that the apartment is on the ground floor and the balcony is actually a piece of concrete with a railing right next to the road. Without any garden furniture. An additional problem was the lack of windows. In the living room there was only an exit to the "balcony" with a dark shutter, and in the bedroom there were windows overlooking the wall. It gave the feeling of being in a basement. There was a complete lack of soap and shower gel. And a very soft mattress, which was a big downside for me. Wi-fi was not working in the living room.

The roof terrace was amazing, the accommodation was well equipped. Our host was very helpful, giving us some information about the area.

The area was a bit run down and dirty.

Location was excellent and deco was clean and modern

Superb

The Appartement was great, cool RC aircondition, enough space for all our stuff, well equiped to have a nice few days. Modern and comfy. Very quiet little street not far from the beach and the bus to Palermo, with all you need for daily living right around the corner. Enrico is such a great guy, so helpfull - He repaired the bikes the next day when we had a flat tire - also he knows his Mondello. The places he told us about were all delightfull and delicious. We'll come back for sure.

Superb

The apartment is very ok, located 7-8 minutes walk to the beach. There are very good restaurants in the area that you can reach in there, same in 7-8 minutes, a market in 2 minutes away and a few meters further a pastry shop with very good products. the apartment is very clean and well equipped for the comfort of a stay. At the entrance in the building you have access to various beach accessories such as umbrellas or toys for children which is a great thing.

The owner is a very communicative guy, but what I find very disappointing was the fact that we were charged 20 euros because we arrived later than 8PM. Unfortunately the flying was a late one and We were late without any intention! I understand the owner's policy but I don't think it's the right one and I don't agree with it. A very big minus for this aspect !!!

Fabulous! Would definitely recommend!

The rooftop terrace offered privacy and incredible views!

It was further from the beach than expected... The sea view should be described as 'distant', the mountains were spectacular though!
