The room was up to the standard but too close to the road can’t really sleep due to the nose from the road of the vehicles going up and down
A better comfortable beds, always woke up with body aches

Dirty shower head. Black with scum.
Bright exit light on in room.
Toilet wouldn't flush properly.

Had kitchen facilities, room was a good size. Staff made our late check in easy.
The Lino floor could do with a good scrub. No fan in bathroom so it gets misted up when having a shower.

clean and tidy
no power points in bathroom
no spare pillows
advertisement says 50 plus television channels But it doesn’t say no movie channels 😬🤦🏻♀️

handy to restaurant
very noisy in morning as motorway closed due to an accident

Handy to very good restaurant across the road
We were on the lower floor, very noisey as stairs right beside the room that went to the unit above, these occupants began their day at 5am , we could easily hear them moving around above us. One mirror in unit, had to borrow extension cord as no power points for blow wave in the bathroom. No coat hangers.
Very dated units.

Good location
Price for the facilities didn't measure up, not enough parking

Impeccably clean. Easy and reliable communication. Hosts allowed a late checkout which was appreciated.
The room smelled rather mouldy but this improved with the use of the aircon to circulate some fresh air.

Was a good location close to town the room had everything we needed had our own kitchen and bathroom beds were comfy
Not that I didnt like the lodge would've been more convenient to check in earlier as traveled from afar

location good for my purposes. comfy bed and kitchen area. very clean and well serviced. lovely hosts.
Room 1A… 1980s bathroom. I had trouble getting into bath to use the shower. needs updating. window latches broken so either closed or fully open, no in between. bath window has been leaking so swollen wood / rot. mould in walls?? very uneven parking area - cobblestones need to be relaid as a tripping hazard.

I was expecting a room that has everything we needed due to the urgency of the matter. I was worried that it might nott meet my expectation. When I and my son checked walked into the room. It had everything we needed. This place was convenient for my work as well as for my son's schooling. Due to the covid19, we weren't able to board our flight, I decided to enroll him at Rosehill College. Rosehill College is only a 2min drive away from here. We were meant to stay here for only a week but decided to stay a bit longer.
Always get clean towels. The room is nice and clean, they would clean the room if you request them. Nice people, nice atmosphere.
I could hang my washing outside the back. The backyard is beautiful.........there is a river behind it. Can walk downhill and back up if you want to do a little bit of exercise. Might be good for the little one to play in the backyard.
Perfect accommodation for a family. Loved it!!
The noise from the room above us. The walking, talking, laughing was annoying I could not concentrate on my work.
