Hotel was very cleanliness and has good location. I appreciate and thank all staff, especially Ahmed for very friendly and helpful behavior🤝

Just one minute of the property was a lot of noise from the moving car on the road side rooms.

Stuff is not cooperative very rude, room view is horrible, I was forced to get a single bed room not double bed as mentioned in my reservation.

clean room, low quality breakfast, not the best location.

The staff was nice, they greeted us very well and provided an upgrade of the room and an early check in free of charge, we were given a large room with a balcony which was very nice.

the facilities need some improvement, you can tell the hotel is old. the breakfast was very poor and low quality. they only had instant coffee for breakfast and food was tasteless.

Nothing at all

First of all, the hotel should not lie when we wanted to cancel the reservation while checking in, saying that it is impossible "because we made reservation through booking.com", as after few hours and our talks with booking customer service, they then said they can. By the time it was 11 pm and impossible to find some place close suitable (that was the reason we chose Ramada at first place as it is close to the hospital) for my mom who was post-op and walking with crutches. And the two main reasons that made us want to cancel the reservation during check-in is: 1. The room they took us was stinky, smelling awful. They said its because of "renovation" and took us to another room, which was different than we reserved. The new room was still smelly (ok less then the first one), dirty and untidy, had bedsheets with holes, couch with cigarette burns, no bathroom amenities, except a bottle of liquid soap and half a roll of toilet paper. Pictures added. 2. Despite on the hotel page on booking they say they have a restaurant (a la carte) open till 11pm, they said it is not available. Guess why? Renovation. As we made a late check-in and our patient guest is diabetics, that was another big problem. They said we can order toast/sandwich for you, and you can see what arrived after half an hour. We sent it back and wanted another, which had to be cancelled after an hour as it did not arrive at all. So what happened as a conclusion is we paid €150 for a dirty room in a hotel that did not offer us anything acceptable to eat and totally because the hotel did not accept our cancellation request with a lie that they are unable to, because we reserved through booking, which eventually was clear that they could, and they offered only when it was too very late for us. Stay away for your mind (and probably physical) health.

Too expensive for such kind of service. They took all amount during check-in despite free cancelation reservation.ĺ when we decide to check out 3 days earlier due to terrible quality of everything they promise to return at least 2 night money, but did not return the money... The were no soap in bathroom, only on second day they refilled it.. Breakfast is terrible, only black tea or filter coffer after special request and bo milk.. take-away cups for juice.. very few choice of everything.. Very dirty stairs..
