I definitely would stay here again

A great hotel in the middle of a busy area. Room was excellent with very comfortable huge bed. Staff were all very friendly and very efficient. A couple of small requests i had were carried out very quickly. Breakfast was terrific with plenty of variety.

For the price i couldnt really fault the Trans

The Trans have absolutely nailed luxury service. From buzzers by your sun lounger to fresh towels laid out for you. An amazing buffet breakfast that has everything you can think of and more. The turn down service at night. Generous products in yours room. Balcony curtains and the bath. Pillow menu. Attention to detail is well worth the price.

Incredible hotel with everything you could want to have a relaxing and luxurious break

Loved it here. The room, amenities, pool, restaurant and staff were all incredible. My son really enjoyed the kids club, especially the pizza making. This is a really special place that I would love to return to. Very family friendly, especially with the sandy kids pool.

Perfect family friendly hotel

The staff were very friendly and always trying their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The buffet breakfast is 10/10. The pool is very child friendly.

Comfortable hotel especially suited to families, with a great kid friendly pool.

A very friendly hotel with comfy rooms, a great pool, especially for kids, breakfast was good and staff were all lovely. We stayed here quite a few years ago and hotel is starting to show some age although has been very well maintained.

The restaurant and roof top bar could be so much better, breakfast was very good but service was slow to get food for dinner and if only there was some good music or some sort of ambience. As older guests we found it difficult to tackle the busy streets in the area for alternative cafes so we ate at the hotel and sadly found it uninspiring even though the food was generally good. There were no power points in the bathroom, no usb points and the tv had no decent movie channels. Hotel is probably suited more to families or those with younger children.

The perfect location for your next Bali getaway . Pure perfection !

Perfect facilities . Best buffet breakfast imaginable and very friendly staff . Pics do not do this property justice at all .

Loved everything but unfortunately wasn’t as close to the beach as I would generally prefer . Being close to Eat street made up for it however !

overall it was a great place for my little family. the staff were exceptional.

the concierge and butler experience was very good. everything was organised for us and everyone was helpful.

the beds and pillows. the pillows are way to big, and they are either too soft and too hard. my neck was very sore each night.

Exceptional second stay at transresort

We visited Transresort for the second time and we are so happy we didn’t try another resort. It’s fantastic for kids: the staff are all exceptional; the resort is really well-priced; in walking distance to anything you need in Seminyak and the rooms are awesome. The buffet breakfast includes espresso coffee and fresh juices! Can’t wait to be back

The steam room was not working and the spa baths in the gym were not always on. The bar service was not good.

good location. walking distance to most places. buffet breakfast has really good selection. they had a pillow menu as well so I could choose the firmness that I want.

the cups and cutlery in the room were not clean, even after cleaning service. the cups and cutlery at the restaurant was also not clean.

an excellent experience, in a beautiful hotel with stunning surroundings. we couldn’t have wished for anything more.

it had a really nice layout. beautiful rooms, well equipped with disabled facilities in the bedroom. everywhere was spotlessly clean, and the staff were amazing.

there was nothing at all to dislike
