Really nice but I was majorly jetlagged so didn't really have the energy to anything other than sleep.
Spa seemed to be closed

Loved the view, the comfy bed, the cleanliness and the yummy breakfasts. The staff were extremely friendly too.

The location only.
Everything from the lazy receptionist to the run down rooms that looks like they were built in 1920. The small old double beds. The old couch that's falling apart and the old TV with 5 channels. The wifi is not working at all. I had to use mine. Their food is nothing but disaster. After checking out they made 1 invoice for all 3 of us. This is the last place to stay at in this area.

Very nice

Although location, staff and the basics were really good a few things need urgent attention. The furniture, couch in the room are breaking apart.... bad lighting in the walk in closet.... and a bit of a mouldy smell l. The staff were really friendly and willing to assist.
It felt a bit deserted with no other guests.Hope post Covid time will change this soon. Lovely view and a large roomade up.
The feeling that is was a house and not a guest house when you walk in.. kitchen but nothing works.
We tried to warm pizzas... the breakfast room we skipped as it felt deserted and we did not get a vibe of a "restaurant".

We asked not to be disturbed at all, and that was exactly what we got as we just need to sleep and chill - thank you.
It's a pity that the beach road was so busy but this was to be expected for that time of year.

Great location, view of the ocean is really good. We had a nice size room with a large bathroom. Andy was a great hostess who went the extra mile.
The facilities are very run down and it needs to be revamped. Some doors could not close properly, cupboards were "tired" and towels very thin.

The sea view from room 8 is superb and close to all the local attractions.

Everything about the facility
One instance when I had a complaint from the caretaker saying I can't have meeting in the facility and that was never discussed with prior occupation of the place.

Could not find any faults or issues at all :)

We were upgraded from a standard double room to a double room with a sea view. The room we were given was larger and had a small balcony and so was far better than what we had booked. Thank you Andy. The breakfast was truly excellent value for money -- a spread of cold meat, cheese, fruit, cereals, yogurt, muffins, croissants etc followed by a two-egg omlette with tomato, onion, cheese, bacon and mushroom filling. Delicious.

It was still a great stay with a excellent breakfast and view
The rooms and more so the bathrooms are a bit outdated and needs some renovation. For the price you pay you do expect better.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. They observed all Covid 19 protocols. The facility was fairly booked, clearly shows how busy I gets in peek seasons. Overall our stay was excellent, we were checked up on immediately after booking online, our checking in was simple, our room clean and comfortable. We are happy customers, surely we will call again.
Nothing that's worth complaining about.
