Рекомендую для ночлега около границы.

Отличное место для ночлега после Турецко-Грузинской границы. Просторный номер. Большая кровать и две односпальные кровати. душ работает. Вода есть. Главное достоинство - персонал. Тепло встретили. Ответили на все вопросы. Вкусно накормили здесь же. Парковка рядом. Рекомендую!

Учтите, что слышимость отличная. Но нам не мешала. Были уставшие.

Quite old hotel with a very good location just under the Fortress. Nice staff. Good traditional breakfast.

Very shabby and old-fashioned rooms. The furniture looks like it's about to break at any moment. The wardrobes are almost falling on your head. It really needs renovation. Cold water in shower, little toilet paper, insufficient cleaning.

部屋が寒く風邪をひきました。

部屋の清潔感は良かったです。ダブルベッドも寝心地が良かったです。バスルームは天井に蜘蛛の巣がはっていましたが、全体的にはきれいでした。朝食は手作りのスクランブルエッグ、手作りのジャムがとてもおいしかったです。wifi接続状況はとても良かったです。シャワー、トイレの水圧もしっかりしていました。お湯も問題なく使えます。

12月中旬の利用で、部屋は大変寒かったです。セントラルヒーティングがベッドの奥に1台ありベッドで遮られていたこと、また、チェックイン後の稼働だったので、部屋は全く温まりませんでした。予約時リクエストで追加ヒーターをお願いしていましたが、ありませんでした。部屋に入るまでの共有部は温かかったです。

Exceptional

At our arrival we were told there was a problem with our room, but we were relocated in a whole apartment for us for the same price. Everything in the apartment was very good. The location is also very good, right in front of the Rabati Castle and five minutes away from the bus station. Very good attention from the owners, who were really nice with us. Delicious breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good.

Disappointing

The lady owner or manager was really friendly. Location is excellent. Breakfast is quite good. Terrace is great.

No window in the bedroom I was allocated so it felt like sleeping in a stuffy cupboard. It was a nice enough room but being windowless made it horrible. Shower head needs to be cleaned. Mirror light in bathroom doesn't work. Bedside lights don't work.

Best location, 1 of the rooms without window

Staff. Location. Big rooms. House wine, 2 glasses for free.

Shower - water pressure may be better. Toilet water downfall wasn't good. In 1 room there was no window.

Best guesthouse in Georgia, the family who owns the place is so friendly and helpful. They make an amazing breakfast and you will be sure that you will be full afterwards.

Great location, big comfortable bed, nice staff who let us leave our rain-drenched things to dry in a room before check-in time while we went exploring. Nice breakfast, terrace with a view :)

We had booked a standard room but were put in a sort of studio next to the reception (we had a feeling the studio is normally used as a staff room); it seemed to be an emergency situation and we had more space but the bathroom had not been cleaned.

Location was great, the owner was really nice and it has a pretty big parking, food was alright. The owner treated us hot tea and coffee the first thing we arrived.

Bathroom smelled really bad, there was no window in the room we stayed in, also it wasn’t really clean in there

The best hotel in Georgia to stay and enjoy the country

This guest house is a gem in Akhaltshike. First the city is very nice with its beautiful fortress and close to splendid vardzia. Besides that I would come back to this hotel for the family. Such an united wonderful family with an excellent hotel and restaurant. Room is very big, mattress is excellent. Wifi very quick. Breakfast is so yummy ( special mention to the chef she is a pearl). They are to help you and make you feel at home. So in love with this hotel and the family

Can't imagine better place in town. The best localization next to Rabati. It has a wonderful atmosphere and has its own restaurant with a great terrace and many places to sit. Breakfasts are very good and I also advice to have your dinner here as they cook really good and the food is not expensive. Rooms are very nice and clean. It's a family-run place. The English speaking owner is very nice and friendly. On our arrival we were given half liter homemade wine and 2 glasses of homemade cha cha (and then another two) just for welcome :-) Thanks for such a nice stay!
