peaceful and friendly stuff
nothing to say, everything was excellent

Breakfast is not up to the mark and can be improved . Very limited choices on local Indonesian/Balinese breakfast which I feel should be the focus. Coffee variety can be increased. The fruit juice is highly diluted. The bread slices need to be kept in a box. The toaster should be a roller one where the guests can self use than getting the bread burnt in the toaster.
Refer the point above. The lights in the bathroom ( Villa 1V1) are less bright. No shower curtains and the curtain which separates the bathroom window and the bedroom doesn't close well. Power sockets can be increased for charging gadgets, phones, etc. The bathroom ( shower heads ) are a bit old and this definitely needs to be replaced.

The location turned out to be disappointing, as I had been misled by other comments. It is situated quite far from the city (8KM) and away from the main road. Although I anticipated the presence of lizards, we faced more significant issues with rodents and baby scorpions, which could have been dangerous if any of us were bitten.
Another concerning aspect was the monotonous breakfast served daily. After just two days, we grew tired of having the same meal every morning, and we had expected some variety in the menu.
Their transportation service was not worth using as they charged a premium without providing any added value. Instead, we opted to rent scooters from a nearby provider for half the price.
Most of the rooms were in poor condition, equipped with old lock and key systems instead of access cards. The sliding doors had enough gaps to allow pests and rodents easy access to the rooms, even on higher floors.
Furthermore, the gardener's daily presence with a noisy grass cutter disrupted the expected tranquility and peaceful environment.

The surroundings
Old hotel, furniture in very bad shape. Uncomfortable bed, terrible WiFi.
Very poor breakfast
Housekeeping staff enter in the room in the morning without knocking the door, violating our privacy

The villas are awesome. There’s a lot of green and beautiful decorations. Our room was just opposite the pool. An amazing view. Everything was super clean and neat. But the highlight of the stay was the staff. I’ve never been treated so well before. They are legends!

The grounds were large, shuttle service into town
Very run down, the rooms were nothing like the photos online, so many ants inside and outside. Staff were friendly but had no initiative. Restaurant served us raw chicken. I could go on..

Nice outdoor area close to the rice field
Our room was completely different from what we booked at booking.com. The bathroom was getting up in years and didn’t look clean. There was mould close to the air conditioning in the bathroom. There was a huge space in the entrance door so that mosquito’s could easily get in. The mosquito net on the bed had holes in it.

The view surrounding the villas is super refreshing and so peaceful. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. We stayed in one villa with private pool. The place is quite old but not so bad at all as you can see the padis field from the pool.
The breakfast menu is so limited with standard taste. No cereal available.

Quiet idyllic location next to the rice fields where you can see farmers peacefully and diligently in action. Chill pool area, perfect for reading & self-reflection. Service is very attentive and responsive. Staff is dressed elegantly, they bright an offering at your patio and lit an incent stick. All so very special.
A few things need to be freshened up, like pool area lounge chairs, and ensuite bathrooms. But you can see that all is actively and quietly being worked on in the background.

It's a really good resort. The private pool was good and was clean. Luckily we had no lizards in the room and the room was very clean. Breakfast was decent. The staff was very helpful. Yiyanti was very helpful, even when she was off work she was helping us book the shuttle.
The resort is beautiful. A good walk to the room with greenery around.
Surprisingly they had a good variety of vegetarian food at the restaurant.
The location is decent. Not too far from the main road ubud/ubud city center and they offer free shuttle so it works well.
Overall 5/5.

I liked the greenery and silence at the resort. The food was tasty and every time they prepared quickly. Spa services was also awesome.
The pool was good but ants were all over the place, so we could not enjoy it.

The quietness of the place away from the hustle and bustle
Our room was a bit aged and lacking maintenance

The place was really cozy especially it has a private pool options. All the staff were really helpful, whenever I made a call to receptionist or kitchen, they always answer fast.
The private pool looks old compared to the other pool outside (sharing pool). This place also didn’t provide a bed cover and the pillows smells awful.
