Went back happily and satisfied, certainly would like to come back for longer stay

Good view. Clean and peaceful. Very good and courteous staff of housekeeping, restaurant chingari, , breakfast staff and also field staff. Very good soothing excellent view. Comfortable and relaxing

The room was bit small compared to charges. Could not extend my stay due to unavailibity

If you dont bring your own car- LE-MERIDIEN is not for you.

Swimming pool is located at the top floor with a very nice view

Location, very far from city centre- and surprisingly a very expensive 5-star hotel like it doesnot even have a concierge services for the taxi. They dont even have their own car which can be hired. Disappointing. If you dont have a car or from outstation traveller like me, then you dont have anything to do but to roam around the property as the hotel cannot arrange any taxi of their own - and the local taxi numbers provided by them are useless

Relaxing and rejuvenating holiday

Everything! The place is very scenic (even in the rains) and the staff is very courteous and helpful. We wanted a cake and they got the cake plus did some very nice decorations in the room. Overall we had a fantastic time.

The customer-facing staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The Spa was pleasant, again with great service and options. Room service was prompt. In particular Niraj was a very familiar face throughout our stay and always helpful and polite (however everyone we were served by was excellent, I’m not too good with names!).

The first room we were put into was dirty. Dead mosquitoes on the floor, dust on countertops. Parts missing from the bath-over-shower. Mould everywhere (curtains, bedside lampshade, shower seals). We promptly asked to be moved to an alternate room. Again, staff were very helpful and immediately moved us to a different room, which had many similar issues (less mould but still present in the bathroom blinds, shower seals, and possibly the headboard of the bed - strong smell when in bed). The AC did not work and showed an error code CH04. We called out maintenance staff late at night to fix this, however the problem persisted (this was on our last night and it was too late to call them out again so we did not raise this again). The Wi-Fi in our second room did not work, and was replaced with a dongle with very poor and intermittent internet connection. The toilet flush also broke on the final morning of our stay. I raised the above issues with the reception team and manager at checkout, however we were not offered any refund.

Fantastic property with lots of options in and around the facility. rooms were clean and buggy service was a boon. breakfast and evening tea options were definitely helpful. Spread during breakfast was awesome

Room size was average. Locks on washroom door were missing. Although I didn't complain - pretty sure it would have gotten fixed. I did mention the same at checkout and it was taken in as feedback.

Nice and quiet campus with lots of activity options for children. Buffet options can be varied by a bit more. Special mention of Chef Hemant and servers Kundan, Vishwanath and Hamesh from Latest Recipe for unparalleled service and attending to special requests.

In house dining wait time can be reduced.

A)They first told me my booking was canceled . B)Inspite of booking A suites which Inc 3persons check in staff wanted to charge entrance for the 3rd bed. C) During b,fast Inspite of large num of staff ,your orders don't arrive.

World-class Comfortable Stay with Awesome Food

Overall stay was awesome, special thanks to Sahil In Room Dining, Vishal Patil , Joydeep. Sahil is the best guy who always ready to deliver best food for you at anytime. It's children friendly and food for children is pure hygiene with best world class quality. Everything is very fresh. Hospitality and ambiance is top notch , humble staff and helping for everything, service is best and you feel like you are in heaven. Villa/Rooms are very clean and location is best , Its very safe and your privacy is always maintained by staff. Check in and check out was very comfortable and we enjoyed with our kid , will definitely revisit the property again and again
