Not as seen in photos. You’ll be disappointed

Staff was cooperative

Curtains were not clean. Also the balcony is covered fully due to rain. It looks like a haunted house

I recently had a stay and it was amazing experience cool atmosphere chilling breeze and the view also the hotel staff and the rooms were awesome great experience would differently recommend to friends and family

Superb

The warm hospitality extended by the staff n the property owner itself. They tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We had booked 2 rooms for our family. However, quite surprised to know upon arrival at the property that we have been allocated 2 rooms of 2 different categories. This was quite embarrassing for me as unable decide which room to allocate to whom.

We had booking.when we went to hotel thecstaff told they could not provide rooms as problem with ac as the generator was having problem.neither booking .com nor the property manager told us till we reach .then we were toldcto go to other treebo hotel.which was javimg very minimal facility and away from this hotel.we lost almost half day in this transport only.we strongly NOT recommendvthis hotel.please stay away

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very cordial. The location was awesome.

Not as per value of money

Value for money was not meet . In 4000 rs they did not give any amenities other than room

They can include Pool , Games and night celebration for special occasions

The location was closer to tourist spots

Hospitality was not upto the mark. Struggling to get service on time and no proper guidance provided before check in the hotel. Hotel was not concerned about providing good services. Struggling to get hot water during the stay, which resulted in loss of timing for almost 1 hours 15 minutes every day. Not worth with compare to amount spent.

Very good

It's a great location with awesome view in monsoon. Yu will never feel bad about selecting this location. The building from outside was just great.

Price was too high for the facilities other than location & room. Price doesnt seem reasonable.

blinking lights in room, no soap in washroom, no mineral water ( not expecting packed bottle but at least provide normal water in room), breakfast too poor and not fresh , not hot, tables not cleaned.
