Walking distance from centre of Zakopane, about 25 minutes walk.
Clean house, kitchen very well equipped.
Lovely little garden with barbacue and table.
When we met the lady in charge to hand over the keys, she said we had to pay some council taxes and charged us extra 52 zloti. It took us by surprised, as I hadn't seen fee during the booking and it was also a bit dodgy as she had something written in pen on a piece of paper, it was not an official document.
Also she told us to call her the day before departure to give us the deposit back (as we were flying very early in the morning next day), however we rang her more than 10 times, left voice mails and we didn't get any reply. This caused us a bit of stress. Before setting off to the airport we called her again and nothing. We left the keys in a hidden spot and emailed her. She finally came back to us by email at about 7am and said she would make a bank transfer for the deposit. We though it was not very professional, the fact that we tried to contact her so many times and she never came back to us. It made us think what had had happened if there had been an emergency at the house.

lots of space nicely located 20 mins from town
some information on ski lifts was incorrect in terms of what lift is close and distance. a hairdryer and shower get would be a good addition

The house was spacious, well furnished. Everyone was comfortable.
The guest host did not speak English or Russian. At all. Only in Polish.
The guest host did not provide us with extra towels, toilet paper and garbage bags.
We agreed beforehand that we would pay in euros, but upon arrival they only accepted zlotys.
We were charged an additional fee - tax for the stay.
When we arrived, the grass in the yard had not been cut.

Location nice and quiet, 20 minute walk to the centre of Zakopane.
Rooms were nice and spacious, plenty of room in the living spaces as well (sitting room/kitchen).
Communication with the host was very good, he would reply very quickly with any questions.
Not having a washing machine, we would have preferred to have this to a dishwasher.
The pictures on the listing are actually for 2 different properties, maybe it would be helpful to have them more clear of a floor plan diagram for each property.

Very nice place, enough room for 9 people, good equipped but you could see that cottage is being used. Location was okay.
We missed hairdryer. Other people in the next cottage were surprise. Otherwise everything was okay.

Perfect place for a quiet rest in Zakopane. We stayed in a separate house with a private garden and grill place. Super comfortable for a company of 9 people.

It was a little bit cold downstairs

Location is very fine, a comfortable 15 min walk from the walking street of Zakopane. The house was clean and cosy, warm, the owner is friendly, though does not speak english, only polish.
Some rooms were extremely small, about 3-5 m2 for 2 or 3 person, and the beds were a little bit small too.

The Location and facilties were very good. Really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully will return in couple of years for further hiking trip.
The oweners were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent so near to all the amenities. Travelling to different locations was really easy via public transport, did not feel the need to use car.
Some rooms were tight, that is due to the way houses are designed. Not a big issue. overall really pleased.
