Готель гарний, ресторан по вечорах проявляє «народну творчість», повна відсутність менеджменту в ресторані на вечерю

Гарний готель зі зручним розташуванням і гарним інтерєром, новою і вражаючою велнесс та фітнес зонами, дуже гарний та різноманітний сніданок.

Не сподобався сервіс в «знаменитому» ресторані в момент приізду і вечері. При замовленні з чеком у 90 євро при порожньому ресторані - зі мною було зайнято всього три столики (10!чоловік назагал) умудрились подати основне блюдо - каре ягнятини через годину часу (трошки забули))) і замість молодоі ягнятини подали стару тверду корову і доводили мені що це ягнятина. Коли я сказав , що тиждень тому ів каре ягня в Рейкявіку в Ісландіі - сказали що польські ягнята мабуть відрізняються від ісландських. Назагал зіпсули настрій і опустили шкалу вражень до нуля

It was for my wedding and the Aries helped to make it a wonderful memory to remember

Amazing stay

This was my second stay in this hotel and I can say everything was perfect - clean and beautiful rooms and also the area of the hotel. Really nice staff and nice wellness and spa. I can only recommend it.

Worth every star it has

Excellent quality service at very reasonable price. Everything about this hotel was just perfect - the interior, the room, the comfort of the beds, the staff, the breakfast. We were particularly surprised by how great the SPA was. This hotel deserves every star it has - try it, see for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

Favourite hotel in Zakopane

We are very grateful for a little gift and greetings card in our room on the day of our arrival - it was our honeymoon stay and it made it even more special. Staff is nice and very helpful, cocktails at the bar - excellent, breakfast magnificent. Also the SPA offer is very vast - 4 types of Sauna, pool, 2 jacuzzi outside. Also we really appreciate that such premium hotel treats guests in a premium way: there are no micropayments like in other hotels like parking (at Aries it's included) so it doesn't feel like Ryanair :) Thanks for the wonderful stay!

A lovely hotel, very central location, but the room design wasn't very practical.

Good breakfast, lovely dinner, nice pool area with hot tubs, excellent location.

Stayed in an executive room with 2 single beds and not much space between them. There were pillars to the side of the beds, so it was difficult to get in and out! The blinds were too high for us to reach, so we had the sun pouring in early in the morning.

Great hotel.

Breakfast was awesome and room is great with comfortable bed. The sauna and hot tub are very nice and refreshing after hiking. Although it costs more than some other places in Zakopane you get what you pay for.

Amazing hotel, totally recommend!

We liked absolutely everything during our stay in Aries Hotel Zakopane. Staff was smiling all the time and in the amazing SPA you will recharge your batteries and relax for sure. Also breakfast was superb and very tasty where you can taste different traditional Polish dishes. Design of the hotel is totally detailed and you will be amazed for sure too, as we were. Thank you Aries for amazing stay!

Lovely

Amazing food in the restaurant. Lovely staff. Lovely amenities. Brilliant playgrounds in the hotel for the children.

Some armchairs in the restaurant are falling apart and are wobbly. Some dressing gowns need replacing, too, as they are missing hooks.

Disappointing

Overall hotel is in good location and in good condition. As family of four, we were comfortable in our room with beds for all, plus two bathrooms. There was parking.

We got stomach ill during the trip and the hotel chef didn't want to prepare for my kids simple cooked potatoes for their upset stomachs. I had to talk to front desk and it toook one and half hour to cook potatoes! By the time it was served, our dinner was finished...
