The breakfast was nice and the employee at the reception desk was kind enough to upgrade me to a club room which was really nice.

Property is very well designed and has a warm and welcoming ambience. The staff also was very courteous and were extremely welcoming. They ensured the stay was indeed memorable.
The design of the room especially the bathroom was very poor. The facilities provided in particular the shower area was very badly designed and completely ruined the entire experience.

Staff: Most of the staff were very courteous, professional, and helpful. All staff greeted us with a smiles.
Food: Ordered in-room and quality was satisfactory. A la carte breakfast at the restaurant was also good.
Bar: Well made cocktails and impeccable service.
Room: Clean and spacious but we faced some issues in the bathroom.
Pool: The deck and pool itself was nice. It was very hot and there were too many people crowding the larger pool, making it hard to actually swim. The pool area should have had one more attendant as there was only one person.
I would consider staying again.
One specific staff at check-in dampened our overall experience. Took too long and didn't give us a firm time for check in. It was before regular check -in hours but he did not give a firm time. From the initial 30 minutes, that turned into over an hour. Checking with him after 1 hour got us a reply of 2 mins, which took another 30 minutes. Even after the room was ready, he took 30 minutes to get us checked in. He took other customers before us. When I brought it up, he acted like he was doing us a favour. Terrible attitude for someone in the hospitality industry. The next day, I had to sort some logistics and went to the reception desk and purposely chose to get help with someone else, who ended up needing help from the initial person. Again, bad attitude and we got no help from the initial person.
Our bathroom had a lot of small things that were sub-par. The shower sliding door didn't seal and would make the whole bathroom wet. It area was also very small and open from one side so water would splash outside. The health faucet pressure was too high and would make such loud noises that it would wake up anyone sleeping in the room. Loud and creaky hinges in the bathroom internal glass doors.
The hallway on my floor would sometime smell of stale food even though I did not notice any dining trays in the passage.
Overall, the stay was very comfortable but I expected slightly more from the Roseate brand.

for sure a beautiful hotel with all facilities and overly good service
nice swimming pool on the roof
food and drinks are ridiculously expensive. we took a cup of coffee just before leaving early in the morning and we were all shocked by what they charged!

my room had oily patches on the sheet. the staff don’t communicate to each other. I had extended my stay by 1 day and prepaid for it. still they called me and asked me to check out twice. very unhelpful and untrained staff. housekeeping staff was at least apologetic.
unclean sheets
Wi-Fi is super slow
half the staff in training

The fine dining restaurant was exceptional. I had dinner there with my partner but also with my work colleagues. The servcie was very good and the food quality was one of the best there was.
The flooring in the hotel room was a bit scuffed up and in some places had been badly dented in.

Was suppose to stay there for a night before flying out the next day. But when we arrived there we were told that our booking was canceled because we didn't updated our cc. Although it was updated and we had a confirmed booking and confirmed updated cc.
Had to find another hotel right then and there.

Taxi drivers were brilliant. Buffet facilities for dinner and breakfast were excellent.
Prices were not made clear and there were various ‘add ones’ not explained. Later may be due to the lack of understanding of English. Staff took orders but nothing arrived, presumably because they had not understood. Booked a deluxe room but the room was ‘tired’ and quite small. Paint chipped and lone armchair stained. We booked a twin room but there was only one chair. In short not a 5 star hotel. Stayed at Radison Blue and the Mayfair on this trip and there was no comparison.

the staff misbehaved a lot with my parents and hurt their religious sentiments too, never using booking.com or Roseate House. I never expected this thing from a website like booking.com

ambience
the air con was setup from reception to stay at 20.
we wanted a bit cooler.
after complaining the staff came three times and assured us that they have replaced the filter and the room will be as cooler shortly which did not happen.
I literally spent the whole night awake because it was too warm for me.
after telling the reception about my stay they told me that the whole floor was setup at 20 which cannot be changed from the thermostat.
I told them that it was very illogical for them to put up a thermostat when the customer can’t even change temperature according to our need.
I even ask them what was the staff visited 3 times and Upon the last visit doing he said he replaced the filter around 1 am and the room would be cooler,
they literally apologised and said we will keep in mind this doesn’t happen next time.
