Most Disastrous

Cheater Hotel charged over and above Rs.2890/- billing invoice.requested to refund Hotel staff blatantly refused.i had to call 100 and asked Delhi Police to intervene and resolve.After only Delhi Police arrival at Hotel premises and mediate to resolve Hotel refunded Rs.2890/-.Criminal behavior by Hotel Management.Disgrace to high sensitivity security area of IGI Airport adjoining Aerocity Area.

A restful sleep and good enough - brand standards were adhered too

The beds were comfortable and quiet at night.

The air freshener was so so strong that I was getting a headache. Also, we met a fellow traveler and had a wonderful breakfast chatting - but I noticed one of the staff members give us a look because we had been there probably a little longer than he would have liked. We pre paid for dinner as I was hoping it would be okay for my mom who has a limitation to spice. I would like to see more variety of food for an “international buffet”.

I was expecting a much better room and much better hygiene.

The staff was friendly and welcoming at the reception. Even the house staff was decent and decently dressed.

The bed was very old and the mattresses were used and not firm. The pillow and bed linen was old and dirty. Had spots of dirt on the pillow cover and the duvet cover.

Solo trip to Delhi

Everything is nearby within walking distance from clubs to bars to restaurants and the hotel has a nice pool on the third level.

OK for backpackers as a cheap overnight

Friendly and helpful staff

Dismal location, although only 7 km from Airport. Few facilities in room - had to ask for towels., cups for coffee etc. Nowhere to hang clothes so draped them over a dresser.

Top service and facilities

I only stayed 1 night but found it very comfortable. It's a pricy hotel but you get a great value: high level of service, clean and well equipped rooms, several restaurants on site. The area around is just hotels and offices. It took about 10min to get to the airport,and there is a transport service available at the hotel (more expensive than a taxi though).

Ideal for an overnight stay pre-flight - spacious and comfortable

Convenient location near to the airport. Good bar and restaurant, with a generous buffet breakfast and dinner (a la carte also offered). Large comfortable rooms. Ideal for an overnight stay.

Comfortable stay to break the travel

Breakfast spread was good, but we were in a rush. Couldn't get the dosa I ordered in time to eat. It took more than 15 mins, I didnt have the time. The airport drop was comfortable.

Bed was comfortable ; room was clean ; pool area was nice and coffee shop in lobby served delicious coffee

Had to move rooms as first room could have been a bit cleaner bathroom did not look that clean - second room better and the hotel staff did take my comment immediately into consideration which was very good

Great transit stop close to the airport

Close to the airport. Very efficient team on arrival who processed check in/out and luggage very quickly and courteously. Comfortable room and great shower. Aerocity is a short walk away and has plenty of places to eat etc
