Lovely stay, would use again.

Lovely comfortable bed, great evening meal (although portions are HUGE) and lovely breakfast with local produce. Great staff as well who made us very welcome.

The shower unit was very small and water extremely hot - down pipe in shower burnt my hand! (Only slightly as I only just touched it).

The food was lovely and the staff were helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy.

The plug sockets were in an awkward place. There was no socket near the mirror to dry my hair and charging my phone had to be done on the floor. A socket near the bed would have been very helpful

Lovely, relaxing and very welcoming

Visited for a little break with my younger sister. We were so impressed from the second we walked in the door. Amazing tea and coffee facilities, we stayed 2 nights and had plenty of tea, coffee and sugar for the whole stay! 2 bottles of water provided - this was a lovely touch! Very modern, amazing facilities. We loved the outdoor seating, we enjoyed a lovely meal one evening and sat outside as the outdoor lights came on, was a lovely vibe.

Couldn't see an electric fan in the room, was a bit hot one of the nights but nothing major.

Excellent value for money and brilliant service

Really friendly welcome, staff were lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. A plug socket by the bed was a bonus (not all hotels have them these days!) The plug socket also had USB cables which was brilliant! I had dinner the second night, food was lovely. I was told there would be a delay as the restaurant was really busy, the food was still served relatively quickly. I am Coeliac and was delighted at the number of Gluten free variations available, even Fish & Chips! Would highly recommend.

As good as usual Will be back end of January

Allowed to get into our room 3 hours early! Arrived earlier than expected and John's team cleaned our room straight away so we could unpack. Also very flexible at breakfast time, set up a table for us in the bar area so we could take our little dog in with us. Excellent service as usual. We have stayed there many times over the years

Will definately stay again

This was our 2nd time back in the space of 4 weeks as we loved it that much... We had the perfect 3 nights away with grandson in a family room and the staff can not do enough for you.. Food was amazing as before. Location is perfect for us, out of the hustle and bustle of Yarmouth etc but only a 20 minute drive in. Our only regret was that we did not book for the rest of the weekend as would have loved to have stayed for the Music Festival .... We will be booking next year for sure..
