The internet 🛜 on the first day was bad but it was fixed.

Having breakfast at the the hotel was one of the high lights of my stay there . The variety of fresh fruits , juices and the menu was a treat to behold. The Chef was very professional and she described each dish that was new to us.
My Wife and I thoroughly our daily breakfast during the course of our stay.
we learnt to cope with the red loam dust that was ever present

The Location is great. easy to move around
Too cold rooms... The floor could do with something warm especially the floor. I think it is a little overpriced
3.6
the staff were great and accommodated what we needed
it is very old especially the bathrooms.
3.6
The location was favorable for the people who like going out there various hang outs like smokie’s lounge spent my 2 evenings there enjoying the live band
There were empty packs of condoms in the bedroom under the table plus the two small water bottles aren’t enough even for a child plus the swimming pool water wasn’t clean enough plus renovations were going on

They staff very friendly
It was a bit dated

The staff is the star of the hotel. Happy, smiling, helpful and so polite. Breakfast was another asset of the hotel.
Rooms need to be renovated and of course take care of the cleaningness of the outside area (there were cockroaches).

The staff was very nice and helpful and one could see that they’re making an effort to keep everything clean. Good variety of breakfast and excellent location (in a safe neighborhood with extra security gate) if you want to discover Kampala on foot.
The rooms, but especially the bathrooms were quite run-down. Moldy corners in the shower, stains on the towels - would be ok if it was a budget location, but given the amount we have paid it was not what we expected.

The property was exceptional and based on the cost paid I got real value for money. The staff are also diligent and very helpful.
Didn't note any

Suites are very spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff very friendly. Great location too.
The hotel was great, the only "issue" is the proximity to a mosque, so be ready to be waken up really early in the morning by the morning prayer on loudspeaker. I wouldn't say it is an issue, just slightly annoying if you want to sleep in a little longer.

Hotels in Uganda are basically overpriced compared to its services and facilities around the world. But I think this hotel’s price was relatively fair. It’s in the centre of the city, it’s clean, has good Wi-Fi, and staff are friendly. We’ll surely come back to this hotel!
Furniture design was old fashioned. They promised us to bring breakfast packages (fruits) for us since we needed to leave early morning but they didn’t.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big wuth comfortable bed. Nice breakfast too (but you have to order the day before)
There was no restaurant on site as described. Not a big problem as there are restaurants very near. The hotel (which is huge but mostly empty when i was there) also seems a bit run down, and the shower has extremely low pressure and the water took so long to come on.

Clean bed, fair linen, good shower
Considering that it's actually an apartment building, they could at least provide a microwave and a few plates...

Very good location in Kampala. Rooms not luxury, but clean and spacious. Not all bulbs working... but as there different kind of lamps at the end you have enough.
Wifi quality is not very good... but it is fair.

Elisabeth's breakfasts were delicious. She is a great cook and a lovely person. Dennis and his colleagues at the front-desk were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They even helped arrange a Covid test service to come to the hotel before my departure. And Ruchi has been very understanding and helpful with everything online, especially after my arrival had to be delayed. There is a fully equipped, shiny new gym. I didn't try to pool since it was the rainy season, but it looked great down from my balcony. Plus, the hotel is centrally located at the heart of Kampala, yet very safe and quiet.

I Like the front desk guy Denis. he is very welcoming
the rooms are very well design but i didn't see any cleaning staff on the property. the property needs to do alot on cleaning to meet the international standard.

You have to pay for facilities even if you were the guest
