Hotel davvero molto pulito. complimenti!! Letto molto comodo.

Camere molto poco insonorizzate, problema forse dovuto anche alla disposizione delle camere stesse. Mancava l'asciugacapelli che è prezioso in un paese così piovoso come il Costa Rica.

Lovely staff but lack of even the most basic amenities.

Very nice and helpful staff. Appreciate the extra help when we asked to have some basic amenitied provided for us.

Unfortunately, even for the great price, we expected at least some basic amenities... we didn't have basics including a kettle (to make boiling water), mugs & spoons. The shower had bad temperature control and was only a dribble of water. Also, just a small thing, the rooms required a key to be used to get out of the room... if there was an emergency or fire, it's not the best! (needs an easy-open basic thumb-turn lock on the inside). But the staff were really nice and helpful!

Good location for travelers, met all our needs.

Good food in on-site restaurant, convenient to airport, fridge and good A/C in room were much appreciated, helpful staff.

Worked for 1 night before flight but wouldn't stay again

We liked how it was a 2 bedroom mini apartment. The kids had their own room with 2 single beds and my husband and I had a double. It was clean. The staff were very nice.

Small bedrooms. No AC in the main kitchen/living area. Fridge wasn't working. Shower was cold water only. Blanket for the double bed barely fit the bed. Couldn't tuck it in and barely covered myself and my husband. Kinda old and run down looking. No pool.

I would definitely recommend and come back!!

Breakfast was delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was far enough from the city's mayhem. I also felt very safe in this friendly neighborhood. Price was excellent too.

Ok for one night, 15 minute drive from the airport.

Decent distance from the airport. 20$ usd by taxi.

Walls were dirty, lighting is that very white bulb, fat cockroach upon entry (we’re in the jungle i get it), pretty expensive for what it was.

Perfect!

The woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so friendly. She took the time to help me get the new sim card working in my phone, and I'm so grateful for her help!! My room was spotlessly clean, and the food at the little restaurant was delicious. This was such a perfect place to spend the night after my flight. I would definitely stay there again!

Disappointing

Ugly noisy I dreary little room. nothing view from the window. Ice cold shower. Receptionist forgot to call an airport cab. Located in a residential neighborhood with no shopping or site seeing. The only English show on tv was a Ru Paul extravaganza. The cooks in the little kitchen were great.

The staff are excellent, helpful, kind, and attentive. The room was great, aircon, hot water, and a comfortable bed and a decent size. Wonderfully clean. The airport shuttle is good value and prompt. I hadn't expected to thoroughly enjoy my stay since its a bit of a budget stay, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay again.

I found the location a bit isolating.

Would never recommend

It is so small, you could hardly turn around. No soap. Nothing. Reception person was not very professional. Cafe was ok. A very bad location. Difficult to find.

Simple and affordable place

Location, front desk open 24 hours. Competitive pricing.

The bathroom smelled bad, like a strong humidity smell. We were a couple but there was only one towel. The AC had a condensate pump, which delivered a loud hissing noise every hour or so. Overall you get what you pay for.
