Nice property with plenty of space. Full kitchen meant there was the option of cooking on the barbecue, stove, microwave or oven. Plenty of windows and doors that could be open to let light and air in. Comfortable lounges and beds.
No fan or aircon in bedroom.

The view of the golf course was lovely. The house is light, bright, and catches the breezes.
The master bed is a little uncomfortable, and it is not possible to open windows in the master bedroom as there is only floor to ceiling sliders.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Lovely overlooking golf course.

The location was just superb, as you arrive you just see the mountains so close, in all their glory. Being close to Swansea and Coles Bay made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

nice outlook to golf course, roomy, modern, great beds
booking.com didn’t advise how to get in

The outside of the building was not whoat we expected although the inside was WOW. This accommodation realy captured the beauty of Coles Bay. Its location was exceptional.
As mentioned above everything was exceptional.
3.5
Great location for access to Freycinet, Wineglass Bay & surrounds. Large living area. Great oven & kitchen. Comfortable bed.
Low sharp edge on main bed. My husband cut his leg on it twice. Some sheer curtains for privacy from golfers would help. Some dead flies around. Dirty surface of bin in kitchen.
4.5
Great location with a nice view of the golf course
Would have loved some more basic cooking supplies such as oil

no wifi and bbq was dirty

We did not stay in this property but was got charged for the stay.
The property manager agreed to discount our stay for relocating us at short notice but ignored my message requesting for refund and still charging us full price

The location was good with a really nice outside area overlooking the golf course. Pity that the name Hazards View didn't actually have a view of The Hazards
A bit too far to walk into Coles Bay but that wasn't a problem as we had a car

Great location and the rooms and living area were comfortable and well presented with lovely furniture.
When we arrived there was only one toilet working and the gas bottle for the BBQ was empty. The fan above the stove was not working and to make matters worst during our stay there was not enough hot water for 4 people to stay in this accommodation. It really was not value for money.

Right on the golf course, nice open plan kitchen and living area, which opens out to a nice deck!

Lovely space with good amenities. Good outlook onto golf course. Good position.
No extra bedding available in main bedroom so could have been very cold if weather had been less pleasant. No extra pillows. Second bedroom locked when we arrived. Not as many extras as some places in the same price range i.e. milk, coffee, bathroom supplies i.e two tiny soap bars, no tissues or extras. Coffee supplies stale. BBQ area not useable with grease etc left after last user.

Excellent location

It was spacious and clean and beautiful
The kitchen was not really fully equipped

The house is modern and quite homely. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking inhouse and the heater works very well! Good base to explore the area. Also plenty of parking with easy access. 2 bathrooms were also useful when travelling with others. The golf course was very serene in the morning when having a coffee outside.
When we booked here, we assumed we would have access to the whole house as we required 2 separate rooms/ beds. Later, after booking we found out if you are booking for 2 people, you only get one of the rooms and the other is locked. This is my first experience with this arrangement when booking a rental house and find it quite unusual.
Also lamps and bedside tables would be useful in the second bedroom, as well as extra blankets would be great!

Really modern, large and nice location
No wifi or shampoo, bbq was messy on arrival

It was good to be able to cook your own food and not need to go out to eat

Loved that it was a huge space for a very reasonable price. Management were excellent in dealing with complications from previous customers. Easily accessible and great deal.

Doesn't look that fantastic on the outside but it really is a gem inside. A very modern self-contained house with a large kitchen, industrial oven, and living room. There is also an outside area with a BBQ. Two large bedrooms with double beds. Amazing closet space (didn't use it but if you are staying for a longer time then you have more than enough storage room). Ensuite in one bedroom and there is another family bathroom. Super clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Short drive to anything in Coles Bay.
The shower ran out of hot water on the first night - just keep that in mind so you should space out your shower times. We couldn't get into the key safe because we were sent the wrong code but this was quickly rectified with a short phone call.

Very comfortable and well equipped.
No dishwasher.

No heater provided in the bedroom and shouldn't be sending emails relating to check out times to facilate cleaning

Plenty of room
Very disappointed the barbecue was dirty with mouse droppings. The hot water didn’t allow for 4 showers.
