Lovely accomm with incredible views.
Nothing.

The view! Karen is so lovely and very helpful. The included breakfast was lovely! Especially the freshly squeezed apple and pear juice, and coffee. All of the wildlife around. The common room is a great place to relax. Very peaceful. Nice little walk around the grounds.
The drive up the dirt road, had to be careful with the rental car with the pot holes and loose rocks. The cabins were to close to each other, you can hear what the people next to you are doing and when you are out on the balcony you can see each other. The price.

Breakfast was very good. Had a hot option as well as continental.
Ordered dinner one night which was very delicious but a bit expensive for what you got. However, not many options in Coles Bay.

Great view!
The room had an odd smell and the restaurant prices were absolutely crazy, at $75 for a bowl of udon soup. Breakfast was included but the hot food was inedible.

View from room
Location is not ideal, accessed 4km of winding dirt road
It’s far from being a “resort”
Breakfast was poor in its offerings
Bar menu is poor - no wine by the glass & no spirits
Dinner was extremely disappointing

The name resort does not match the experience we had. I would suggest it's more like staying in a cabin at a caravan park with limited facilities and no value add extras to make this stand out. The description we read that set our expectations was sadly not met. There was work going on in the dining/lounge area with drilling happening as we were trying to relax around a board game and a game of pool. The pool table has a tear in it as well. The breakfast was basic and there were no extra's in the cabin. The shower is tiny making it difficult to turn around in if you drop anything! The bed was comfortable and large which was one positive. Even the layout of the cabins was not well thought out and the kettle/coffee machine are difficult to manage, my husband burnt his wrist on hot water trying to make a cup of tea. We paid the most for this one night that we did for our anniversary holiday to Tassie and while the location is beautiful you can get that in many places near by with probably a better accommodation experience. I'm sorry to leave a negative review but I do hope you take this on board & address these things or at least portray your accommodation honestly so you know what you get when you book. I would not stay here again.

Gorgeous views, cosy cabin, animals galore, saw kangaroos, possums (on our deck!) and even a wombat.

Far away from restaurants & no room service

Beautiful views, peaceful surroundings and relaxing room with balcony.
Dinner not available, brought food in. Would love to see dining at night there. Road in needs to be upgraded.

Great location if you’re looking for some isolation and really friendly, helpful staff.
It was quite basic accomodation which was a little disappointing for the price. Also a word of warning - the driveway is a long, gravel road which gets quite washed out in the rain. The distance to restaurants can make it quite difficult to safely eat out, so definitely bring some snacks with you and keep an eye out for wildlife.

Lots of space
Paying over $500 a night I expected more than a simple Continental breakfast. Not worth it.

Spectacular views across to the ocean and mountains. The drive up allowed us to see different animals such as wombats, Bennets wallaby and possums.

A hot breakfast would provide better value for money.
The road is quite rough on the drive up.

Brillant views.
Great for couples. If you are single, you get a sofa bed - not comfortable.

The cabins are really good, clean and they have everything you need. The view is very beautiful and with the right circumstances we were able to see the Milky Way with naked eyes. The staff is kind and helpful. We needed to leave early in the morning and they organise two breakfast pack for us the evening before!

very well furnished with modern ones. it’s clean and very comfortable. fantastic views of the mountains and ocean. Staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. love this place.
maybe the gravel road leading to the resort. Would be good to have a small kitchen to cater for light meals. Other than that very happy!

beautiful location
nothing to not like about the property however, it’s such a stunning place we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful scenery as check in was at 3pm and checkout at 10am. For such an expensive resort we would have thought we would have had a little more time to enjoy it

it had lovely views and was very peaceful
it is called a ‘resort ‘and there was no other resort facilities. There is a lot of work being done around it - more buildings being built so it’s a bit like a work site. The hot water needs attention as letting the water run for 2-5 mins until it gets warm is very wasteful. also it could improve on packaging the individual soap/ shampoo etc . They could have the large refillable pump ones in the shower area.
The breakfast was too basic.

Great location and amazing views from the cabins. Staff lovely and very helpful.
The place is more of a retreat than a resort. The showers also need an upgrade, especially the shower head which was quite calcified and spraying water all over the place. A very long gravel road on arrival. Hopefully this can be sealed in due course.

Beautiful location in the wilderness. Saw multiple wallabies and a wombat. We stayed in the villa, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. 10-15 minute drive to Coles Bay/Freycinet. Friendly staff.
Only option for cooking is a BBQ, which is difficult with the everchanging weather (it was quite cold and windy despite being the middle of summer). No dinner options on site (this was clearly noted before). Breakfast is VERY minimal—fruit, yogurt, toast, ham, cheese, coffee/tea.
