Bad

We had a reservation at this hotel, 1 day before a called to confirm one more time, admin told me everything is ok...Upon arrival they even didnt let us enter the hotel and changed into another one very far from city center without no reason .. We were in very unpleasant situation..

budget price but not worth it

Staff were excellent and so helpful. location is good and the pool is good

wifi connection in rooms is very poor. air con system is sooooo outdated and one minute hot then cold or not working at all. the whole place requires an upgrade.

Nice location about 20 minutes by foot. Very nice people at the reception desk. That's all pros of this Apartament

We obtained the room with no hot water. Uncomfortable bed. Dirt and dust everywhere. The heater was broken. All block C didnt have hot water. We told it to the people. They gave us better room but still dirty. WIFI didnt work. Nasty toilet and bathroom.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Little problems have been quickly and competently resolved by the nice personnel. Breakfast was good. Rooms in Block C are better than in B.

Block B really needs reconstructions. The WiFi situation was sometimes a bid difficult but in general it worked.

Good stay with some minuses

Breakfast: It was very diverse. THey had bacon, omlette, fried eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms. greek yoghurt, many types of flakes, 2 types of cheese and some cake. There was also a juice dispenser and a coffee dispenser. Room: It was quite big and there was enough space for everything. It was also very clean. Staff: They were extremely helpfull and very nice to us.

Toilet: The toilet seat sucked big time, as it was so small, unfit for the toilet size and it was also kind of broken. Cleaning yourself was a challenge and to me this was the major minus. Heating: I visited during January and it was colder than the multi-annual average in terms of temperatures for Cyprus. Thus it was important to have a a reliable heating system. I barely broke even so to speak. I believe we managed to reach 20 C finally on our 4th evening, as opposed to the 12 C that were in the room when we arrived.

Pleasant place

Quite, big terrace, big rooms, very close to markets and restaurants

Climatization was to noisy and had a problem to heat all the apartment. Unfortunatelly nights were quite cold I had to use a climatization on maximum settings and it still was cold

Staff were exceptionally lovely, especially Eleni😘, with an exception of a receptionist who welcomed us- she seemed quite bothered whatever we asked for

Truly the premises need total refurbishment and clean up

Last minute booking

Total value for money , the scottish mother and son team were terrific, nothing was to much trouble for them . Great location, very close to all amenities.we will be back in June. 😀

Do not waste your money and book different hotel

Friendly Bulgarian lady at the reception. Location was ok.

The room was dirty, old cloths left in the bathroom cabinet. The whole apartment was neglected. We found pieces of dead bugs on the bed! Leaking air conditioning system or whatever it was caused the big puddle on the corridor. Receptionist put dirty towels on the floor and that was it. No lamp shades, broken air conditioner, dirty kitchen cabinet, dirty and old kitchen appliances, old and smelly blankets. Half of the breakfast products not suitable for eating. The worst experience ever
