Fantastic stay!

The apartment was well situated near bus stops to Coral Bay and Paphos harbour, there’s also a Lidl store nearby. it was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There’s a barrier at the entrance and access to the main door by key. Jen provided detailed instructions for my visit and also extra little touches (books, coffee, tea, scented candles etc) I loved my stay ⭐️

We loved the location and the balcony was a sun trap so fantastic as we were there in February. Lidl was a bonus next door. Lovely sea view too.

Great value and a stress free place to stay.

This is a great apparent, ideal location to explore Paphos and surrounding area. We arrived late but Jenny gave very clear and easy instructions on getting the keys and information about the apparent. Fabulous views from the balcony looking to the sea. The balcony gets the sun all day from early morning up until the glorious sun sets into the sea, a great place to spend time relaxing. We found it a great advantage having a supermarket on the doorstep. There are some really nice restaurants within walking distance, every thing you need is near by. We stayed for a whole month in Paphos and enjoyed every thing Cyprus had to offer even the airport is only 20 minutes drive away!.

Disappointing. Definitely not a modern penthouse.

The apartment was well equipped and there were some nice sea views. The pool was a good size. A problem with air conditioning was dealt with promptly.

No way could this 3rd floor flat with very dated furniture, old bathroom and kitchen fittings truthfully be described as a modern, penthouse, even though it was priced as such. The promised incredible sea views also included even closer views of Lidl supermarket car park. There was also a fair amount of road noise so not easy to relax on the balcony. The air conditioning was on a 2 hour timer, so meant wakening every 2 hours during the night to switch it on. After complaining this was changed to a regular switch. The pool is nice, but was full of leaves from surrounding trees. There is no restaurant or pool bar.

We loved our stay, The balcony was especially nice with a great view of the sea and sunsets.

Good location! Plenty of restaurants close by with a 20 minute walk to market and harbor area for more shopping and restaurant options. Bus stop right outside the property. Very well appointed and spacious apartment! Lots of closet space. They even had a little sewing kit which I used to sew on a button. The LIDL next door was convenient. Comfortable beds, good hot water, excellent wi-fi, Quiet building. Very nice washing machine. Pool looked clean and inviting but we did not use it. Owner was helpful in arranging taxi from Larnaca airport and was responsive to any questions we had. We loved our stay here. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious rooms. Good equipment. Kind reception. Nice view (if you don't look on Lidl:-). Good location, Lidl very close to the apartment (this time it is convenient). Nice terrace. Silence. Nice weather:-). In general: I reccomend it.

Flat could be cleaner; dust on the wardrobe could be easily removed, as well as in the bottom of the garbage can. It was not possible to put duvet into the sheets (yes, sometimes is cold even in Cyprus). Occasionally not enough hot water in the evening, always only lukewarm water in the morning (possibly a general problem in the building); not a obstaclein the summer in Cyprus, but when it is colder...

Incredible and perfect

We liked our staying very much. The location is much better than great. See view and sunset were perfect from the big balcony. The apartment was clean and big and comfortable. Everything was really great and I hope to come back one day. We also enjoyed the LIDL in 1 min ))

The apartment was wonderfully spacious, modern, comfortable and well equipped. Really handy for the supermarket next door, beach just across the road for swimming was fab and bus stop right outside!

Exceptional

Great location. Cute apartment with a sea view. In the apartment you will find everything that you need for a stay. Jen was a great hostess. She was answering fast and if we had any issues, they were resolved in a fast manner.

Everything was fine. Perhaps, some dust in minimal places, nothing to complain.

Great value apartment and a kind host

Great place with nice connections to many sites in Paphos. The apartment was nice and roomy with a great balcony and kitchen. Having the shop so close was definitely a plus. Jenny and her family are super helpful so definitely would book a stay at one of their properties again.

Wonderful place to spend a quiet fortnight in December, couldn't have asked for better.

Wonderful location; beach just across the road and bus stop nearby; the apartment size and furnishings were good; there was a fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom; the quietness at night was restful; proximity to Lidl and restaurants was very useful; amazing sea views from the apartment; and the friendliness and helpfulness of Jenny (the host) was really appreciated

Highly recommended.

Jenny is the perfect host with clear and precise instruction to get to the apartment and gain entry etc to a list of excellent local restaurants. The apartment is clean, well equipped, light and airy with lovely views. It was a pleasure to stay there and I highly recommend it.

Brilliant, fab, wonderful.

Fab apartment in a convenient location easy to access all that Paphos has to offer. Amazing views from the balcony, anyone staying here will be more than happy, we were👍😀
