Top verblijf, gastvrouw was ontzettend vriendelijk, en alles was helemaal compleet op de kamer.

Alles was helemaal compleet op de kamer, fijn dat er een zwembad bij was, en de bedden sliepen ook prima.

A fabulous stay, amazing hosts and the most wonderful view. Can’t fault it for a wonderful holiday!

Immaculately clean, large room, well equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed and amazing view. Owners are so helpful and friendly too!

Only one thing we’d improve is the location for people without a car. We got used to the walk into town and it is only 15 minutes (but without pavements it’s a bit tricky) - a car would be useful but that’s our issue rather than Sami View’s

FANTASTIC! Highly recommend this place.

Felt like a home away from home! John and Vicky (owners) were super friendly and helpful with everything aswel as the cleaning staff. On our arrival we could check in early, we were welcomed with freshly baked cookies in our room. The Room was SUPER spacious and clean with more than enough space for a family of 4 with two teenage boys. Crisp white bedding, excellent equipped kitchen,well functioning airconditioner. All windows had mosquito net/gauze.In the Kitchen they supplied small butters,jams,salt ,pepper, vinegar ,oil, small milks , coffee, tea and sugar. We LOVED the pool area, after a days outing we would come “home” to relax at beautiful clean pool, with deckchairs surrounded by a lovely well maintained garden! Vicky came and offered me a Coffee Frappe, later she came around offering all the people at the pool ice-creams. One afternoon she spoilt us with freshly cut sweet watermelon….. the owners are always there if you need them, but still gives you your privacy. When we checked out we received a small bottle of traditional Greek Liqueur, from Kefalonia….. we could not have asked for a better stay!

Superb accommodation with lovely hosts

We booked Sami view last minute just for one night on our travels around the islands and we both wished we’d stayed longer. The accommodation was super. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a break away. We especially liked the home made cookies. The views from our room were breath taking across the Sami skyline. But the best part of the stay were our hosts. Some of the nicest hosts we have ever met travelling. They helped carry out suitcases, arranged a taxi and in the best gave us ice creams and watermelon. We hope to return one day and stay longer.

Lovely guesthouse with great views and garden just outside Sami

Very welcoming guesthouse with superb views from the balcony towards the sea. Thoughtful touches in the rooms, such as biscuits, sewing kit, spare charger, etc. Owner could not have been more helpful. We had not rented a car as only there for a night or so before taking the ferry to the next island. They gave us lifts into town which was much appreciated during the day when it was hot. Beautiful garden surrounding the property and good pool.

Nothing really. Thought it would be less of a walk into Sami, but that was my mistake and with your own transport it would be a plus.

Friendly, very clean, superb pool area and not far from the town of Sami. The pictures don’t do the beautiful grounds justice. We ended up extending our stay we liked it that much!

A lovely week in a spacious clean studio.

The studio was very clean. It was nice to have supplies in the kitchen, such as coffee, jams, butter etc.. There were plenty of towels including pool towels. Nice to have an ironing board and iron. Studio was spacious with a lovely view and 2 balconies. The studio was cleaned and bed linen & towels were changed twice during our 1 week stay. The pool was lovely and the surrounding areas and gardens were very well maintained. Vicky and John were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a little tired and could do with upgrading, but it was functional.

Excellent!

Excellent location for visiting various places on Kefalonia and also for catching the boat over to Ithaca for a day trip (€55 for car and 2 adults). Very friendly and helpful hosts/owners. The studio was very well equipped, with extras you don't necessarily usually find e.g. serviettes, good supply of toilet rolls, spare toiletries, sewing kit, mosquito catcher (though mosquitoes were not an issue at all when we were there). There was also some coffee sachets, tea bags, olive oil, honey, homemade biscuits, butter, jams etc. The studio was cleaned every 2-3 days, but it was also well-equipped with cleaning accessories. The WiFi worked very well, even by the pool. The pool and gardens were very well maintained.

Not as peaceful as I hoped. Would be good to have a rule about quiet time from 22.00 or 23.00 until 07.00 or 08.00.

Home feeling

Vicky & Yanni are two amazing hosts and we felt to be home immediately. The rooms are simple but absolutely clean and wide, the cleaning service is every 3 days and Vicky is giving clean towels and helping you with whatever you need at any moment. We had everything we need in the room. Position is very good 1km from Sami, 9km from Ag. Efimi and 16km from Myrtos Beach. I am already missing big white Ari sweet dog !

perfect apartment

perfect apartment with everything you need to make you feel at home. the hosts are wonderful and very welcoming and helpful. we stayed in the top room over looking the pool which is definitely the best room in the building. the views are beautiful with the ocean in one direction and mountains all the way around. it takes about 20 mins to walk from the apartment to town, however there isn’t a path so we drove to town mostly. renting a car is a must when visiting kefalonia as there are so many hidden places to visit.

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including cooking facilities, coffee machine and biscuits. The pool area is kept very clean. The owners Niki and Joan are both very welcoming and helpful.

A wonderful stay, with absolutely breathtaking scenery and beaches nearby. Will definitely return.

Everything! The location was great, the view from the room fantastic. The hosts could not have been more helpful. One day whist relaxing in the pool (which is great) we were brought, real freshly made lemonade, which was delicious. A couple of days later, we were brought fresh watermelon whilst around the pool again. The room was functional, very comfortable and very clean. Would definitely return

Maybe the shower could have been bigger and worked easier, but that really is being pedantic.

The extras; coffee, beach towels, fresh fruit, fresh biscuits, all cooking appliances plus condiments. It’s the little things that make a huge difference with this gorgeous place ticking so many boxes. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. It’s such a pretty place with beautifully landscaped garden. Things we found that made this property exceptional were; Vicky making us frappe just because home made fresh lemonade biscuits and fruit on our arrival the beach towels the coffee percolator the pool owners dropped us off in Sami town to collect our car we would stay again in a heartbeat

The property was in the countryside just outside Sami. You can hear the goat bells and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Very good

Good location just a 3 minute drive / 20 minute walk to the centre. It was a very good base for exploring the North and East of the Island by car and only an hours drive back towards the airport. The swimming pool and outside grounds were immaculate as well was our room. Vicky and John are lovely hosts and very nice genuine people.
