Conveniently situated for a holiday in Argostoli. The room is comfortable with all you need. Good view out over the ocean. The breakfast offers a lovely range of fruits, yoghurt and pastries. Nicely presented with good coffee.
The towels we were given were very frayed and could do with an update. It would be nice if the coffee pods were offered every day and not just upon arrival.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and beautiful views from the bedroom balcony. It was Easter so the hotel made a wonderful effort in the reception area with Easter decorations, chocolates and greek treats for the guests. Family run hotel with that extra special touch

Very clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff helpful. I liked the small box of complimentary chocolates left on the bed each day after room service. Reasonable walking distance to main square. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Lovely small hotel very close to the cruise port at the end of Argostoli - this meant that it was much quieter than many other areas. All of level ground too, so walking was easy.
Room was well equipped with lots of hangers, TV, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. Nice bathroom with good towels and a rain forest showerhead.
Great breakfast - highly recommended and good variety of fresh items.
The plug sockets were all at the wrong level - we couldn't use the kettle or coffee maker until we have been provided with an extension lead. Also, a lack of spare plug sockets to charge phones/tablets etc.

Perfect location within walking distance to town centre. Plenty of local facilities such as small supermarket. Can easily get bus to airport €2 from ferry stop 5 minutes away. Ferry to Lixouri only €6 return. Set on harbour walk near cruise ship dock but no noise and quiet rear neighbourhood behind. Superb breakfast selection and fresh pastries. See the turtles in the market end of bay.
Could hear people next door using shower and other plumbing during night. Balconies close to next doors and no privacy.

I stayed for a week. My room was nice, but for 2 persons it can be small. A beautiful view to the sea of Argostoli. The small balcony was nice. The breakfast offers a good variety, but the focus is too much on sweet nutrition.
The location is good, but unfortunately, when the massive cruiseships arrive, it's right in front of the hotel and then the view is very ugly. The harbour is right in front. It's a small, nicely kept hotel and only 7 mins walk to all the major spots.
The staff seemed very passiv, unmotivated and and not very supportive. At the end of my 8 nights, the manager didn't want to know how my stay was. He wasn't very interested for his guests.
The bathroom could be improved, some hooks for clothes, more light. The cleaning lady folded back all my wet towels every evening. A bit annoying.

A convenient location, lovely room and great view, spotlessly clean.
Staff could have been more friendly. Breakfast bar closed at sharp 10am.

They say "million dollar view" and this is what you get here. Stay in the rooms with a beach view it is worth it. Rooms were clean and you could walk into town. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location, Amazing Views & Wonderful Staff.

I enjoyed the fact that the staff took care of us in many ways from the very beginning to the end, with a cake, teddy bear and champagne offered by the hotel for my friend's birthday, to the little sweets we received in our room every day or the two members of the staff calling the entire island to find at last minute a company available for an ad-hoc tour in Itaka or the late check-out and the possibility to have early breakfast at 7:00 or have breakfast packed when we left the hotel at 6:00 for a trip in another island. In addition the position of the hotel is very strategic and the view and atmosphere from the balcony ( sea or courtyard) in both cases marvellous.Wide variety of food for breakfast and tables in many beautiful cosy corners inside or outside under the pergola.
Everything was outstanding

I have nothing bad to say.

Should be rated way more than a 2 star! Beautiful charming hotel with awesome cruise ship views! Small details like a welcome note and cookie along with a goodnight note and small bottle of wine was amazing and not seen in even the 5 star we stayed. You won’t regret staying here!
A small AC unit in the stair case would be a most needed addition.

This is a fabulous hotel we had a lagoon view absolutely lovely. We requested top floor only three floors we got the middle floor did not matter view was great.
Lagoon view is also good as in shade in the late morning onwards so able to sit on balcony and enjoy the view. Would be too hot in the summer to have a room other side.

Really good location…just 5 minutes far from city center (short walk)…You can watch boats and yachts coming in and out from the harbour. Room was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful balcony where you can chill and watch seaside. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fine…everyday something different to choose. It was awesome…hope to see you again someday. Best wishes.

The hotel is in a quiet location at the Argostoli harbour but within walking distance to town and many restaurants. Breakfast was included - a really nice variety to choose from. The staff was exceptional - we had personal notes and gifts every day. Taxi transfers were arranged from reception too - lovely place. Would stay again.

Very welcoming and comfortable family run small hotel well located on bay of Argostoli (almost opposite, but distant enough, from where cruise ships dock). Room was quiet, had balcony with fine view, all facilities worked, affordable, the hotel was very clean, maintained with love, which cannot be said that often these days.
Cannot realy think of anything.
