Perfecte locatie in mooi hotel!

Locatie, netheid van de kamers.

In de bar bovenin werd gerookt, waardoor het een soort rokershok leek. Het stonk er enorm.

We would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous breakfast buffet. The bar was excellent and the menu was very good. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

If you can afford to pay more, get a better room that don’t face the road.

It is clean. Very near to main station. Very modern looking.

Maybe I pay the not so expensive room and I was given the second storey room. It is very noisy at night especially on weekend. I can hear people talking downstairs. There is no soundproofing for the window. The ambulance is no joke in Berlin. They come every half to an hour repeatedly at night. It could be disruptive for light sleeper.

It's a good choice if you don't have a car.

The location is good. It's very close to train station.

We have 3 people. I think they just added a sofa bed in a 2-person room. So there's no table space.

Very comfortable, clean, conveniently located. I liked the simplicity of the rooms and the entrance decor.

Location, it was about 6 mins away from the central station and 3 mins away from the closest U bahn. The room was also nice, hotel staff was kind enough to give us a room a little further from the apartment bar which we appreciated as it could get quite loud.

Good central location, a great base to explore Berlin.

Staff in the bistro were great, very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds.

The roof terrace was shut, the 6th floor bar inaccessible. Would've liked better choice at breakfast of vegetarian/vegan options and hot options.

Good hotel, recommended if location near the Hauptbahnhof is a convenience.

For us - very conveniant location near Hauptbahnhof. Nice breakfast restaurant.

Bathroom - bathtub too high, slippery, without handles, quite dangerous to elderly people. A shower would be better. Fine and clean though. Wine (red) in the fridge - terrible :-( We poured it down the toilet after tasting.

location. space for all of our bags!! front desk staff gracious.

sewer gas smell in the shower and when the window was open. rm 138(?) on the front street side. called day 1 because the refrigerator didn’t work. never fixed. room was only satisfactory. not at all special. the sewer gas issue was very problematic. pillows were not comfortable.
