This place has a great location, it’s in the centre of Olbia also between the main bus stops, train station and port. 10 mins away from the biggest supermarket in town, 2 mins away from cafe/bar/restaurants.
Comfortable bed.
Tax was not included into the booking payment which requires you to pay there in cash.
The cleaning lady comes every times who check out at 10 am and clean very loudly…
This is a room inside of an apartment, also some rooms have bathrooms outside of their rooms which makes a traffic noise in the corridor of your main door.
Heavy smell around…

The location was very central and we had a large selection of restaurants, bars and sights to visit. The room was quite spacious and we liked our little balcony. The owner was also very friendly!
The facilities in the bathroom showed signs of use, especially in the shower.
The floor was also a little bit damaged due to the water in the bathroom.

The bed is very comfortable and the location is good, but if you have a car you may find some difficulties to park, once it is on the limited traffic zone of Olbia. So, just be careful to do not get a ticket. There is a free park close by, but depending on the time you arrive it will be full. The staff are nice and prompt to help, internet is also very good.
The shower is not so good. Parking is difficult.

The location of this B&B is very convenient, right in the main street of Olbia where you can find all restaurants, bars and shops. The host was very friendly and flexible, for if you need any assistance! The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable!
The only remark I can think of, is that the toilet was running water all the time, which was sometimes a bit annoying at night when you want to sleep.

cheap place to stay for a night after arriving at Olbia.
pictures don’t quite match what the room offers. And the toilet was faulty, running water 24/7.

hot room with a fridge making it hotter and not even a bottle of water in it.

Everything was great. We stayed one night, but arrived very late, due to delayed flight. Regardless, the host made us feel very welcomed even at this late hour. We were allowed to therefore check out later than usual, which was amazing and allowed us to fully enjoy the stay. Thanks Manuela! 👌🏻☺️

Manuela was great, such a warm host.
She recommended us some places and arranged breakfast at some other cafe since ours was out of service.
The bed in our room was very uncomfortable 😢
It was full of strings and hard.

Lovely hostess, spacious room and a perfect location.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast is at a café around the corner and is very sober. We missed the warm feeling of an B&B.

Overall, the room was good. A good size and clean and had everything we needed. We were able to check out later.
Unfortunately, I would never stay at this hotel again, due to payment problems. There are plenty of comparable hotels in the area which I have stayed at, so this hotel can be avoided.
When we arrived we were told that we had not paid for the room despite me showing them that the money had been paid from my bank. They replied that the money had not actually been taken from my account. As we were tired, we paid cash, and a higher price than we had paid through Booking.com.
After my stay, I disupted the double charge via Whatsapp with the hotel. They apologised blaming an error and promised a refund. This has not happened and they have since not replied to any of my messages. Booking.com has not been able to contact them either.
