Encerrados en la habitación

La ubicación. Estaba limpio y era amplio. Horno.

Nos quedamos encerrados dentro de la habitación debido a que el pomo no funcionaba para abrir y no vinieron a arreglarlo, solo a abrirnos. Luces fundidas en el baño. Solo nos trajeron el pan que se dice que traen todos los días el primero. Pocas toallas.

Voltaria a me hospedar.

Localização é ótima, próximo de vários restaurantes, pontos turisticos, estação metrô, mercado... mas fica no alto (acesso por escada ou ruas ingrimes - o que é comum em Lisboa). Acesso com senha, o que facilita muito. Chuveiro bom, máquina de lavar-roupa, cafeteira... como aparecem nas fotos. Havia um kit de limpeza de cozinha novo (pano, esponja). Para quem vier de carro, a rua é sem saida, portanto entre de ré para descarregar as malas. Todas as manhãs recebemos pão quentinho para o café da manhã. A rua é movimentada à noite, por causa dos restaurantes, mas as janelas são acústicas e os bares não funcionam até muito tarde (não incomodou). Há um local para guardar as malas após o check out, mas é no último andar (sem elevador). Anfitriões atendos as solicitações que foram feitas. Wifi fincionou bem.

Escadas para chegar até o prédio. Os travesseiros não eram confortáveis e após solicitarmos, foram fornecidos outros melhores, assim como lençól de cima (que não havia). Havia um cofre, mas estava fechado e mesmo depois de aberto não conseguimos utilizá-lo. Sugiro que o manual da máquina de lavar esteja disponível no apartamento, assim como um sabão em pó para uma lavagem (comprei uma caixa para usar apenas um, deixei o que sobrou no apartamento).

Perfect

Really accommodating hosts and quick to respond. The location was perfect and the facilities were perfect. The fresh bread in the morning was lovely. Loads of room for a group of 4.

We had a great time and the staff were very good. Loved the fresh bread delivery every morning

Allowed us to leave bags when we arrived earlier than check in and had a luggage room so that we could leave our bags after checkout.

Interior work could do with a bit of an upgrade

Lovely apartment in the centre of town

Perfect apartment, clean, had everything we needed. Very good apartment in a great area

The corridor leading up to the room was messy, not the nicest experience to walk into.

Great location, the apt itself is pretty nice and comfortable inside.

The bathroom was too small. No toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/lotion etc.) were provided. No elevator on the property and the stairs are very steep, it was difficult as we had big luggage.

Owners not caring for hosts

Nice bread at the door every morning. Nice modern and clean appart. But the owner once changed the door code without letting me know. I also had the same problem the day of my check out …very noisy on evenings and nights …as the door is not soundproof …no coffee cups for the machine nor no milk … a bit of butter and jams would have been nice… very disappointing for the price i paid

great locations to famous landmarks, train station, restaurants, property itself very spacious, bright , clean and the owner responded to all my inquiries asap. We also get fresh rusted bread each morning it was very nice.

Apartment is placed in the very beautiful district of Lisbon. You are in the centre, but in the night is very quiet, you didn't hear anything from outside.

Fresh bread every morning. Roomy. Excellent water pressure for shower. Washing machine. Comfortable beds.

Poorly equipped kitchen. No drying rack to hang clothes after using washing machine. Old TV did not work with our Roku stick. Buttons on TV remote were difficult to press — needs to be replaced. No coffee table in front of sofa. If you arrive by train, make sure to pick up your groceries, coffee, tea, etc. at the supermarket in the train station. There are NO well-stocked markets near apartment. It would have been nice if host had supplied coffee pods to enjoy with the fresh bread. Visitors should know that the stairs to the third floor apartment are very steep.

Great location and wonderful apartment size. They offer you fresh baked bread everyday, which is a nice touch from the property.

They charge for a cleaning fee and it wasn’t as clean as expected. They should fix them regularly. Also a big space in the kitchen where supposed to be any appliance. Also some cabinets in the kitchen where you could find liquid stains from past stays and old bread. Sorry for saying that, I work in the hospitality industry and I think it could helps you to have an eye on details. But the stay was very wonderful.

Great choice for a Lisbon stay

the location of this apartment is amazing. it is a quick walk to many sites. it is on a dead end street with 2 restaurants down below. it is amazingly quiet from street noise once you shut the doors. this is a great size for a couple, but was cramped for 3. the bread delivery really is great. the nespresso machine was a plus.

no really, the stairs are no joke. don’t stay here if stairs are a problem for you. they were not a problem for us. we stayed in a second floor apartment and could hear every step taken on the next floor up. we could have used a dish drainer, a tea towel and some extra blankets. the jumble of silverware in a basket could use some organization.

The apartments are located 7 minutes walk from the central square. In an area with cool restaurants more for locals than tourists. The owners of Rita&João kept in touch and helped with everything, thanks to them! I especially note the magical hot bread - which they provide in the morning as a bonus!
