Beautiful and convenient location.

The villa was located conveniently near the airport and with a beautiful view. The garden with the private pool was perfect and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The kitchen was not really suitable for cooking big meals for a group due to a lack of utensils.

exceptionally clean, wonderful location , peaceful but only 10/15 mins to cevtat with its bars and restaurants. loved the pool and outdoor area

Exceptional stay in a soul soothing, relaxing piece of paradise with skilled and responsive host.

Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, private & self contained ground floor villa style accommodation. Very comfortable (our beds were super comfortable) and well equipped accommodation in a peaceful setting. The owner Marko is an exceptional host, friendly, attentive but never intrusive - always responsive and helpful in providing local information and navigation help! The uninterrupted views of the countryside, gardens and fruit trees are food for the soul. Close to the airport and local seaside town Cavtat. I stayed with my sister and 2 children and we loved the place. I could never tire of waking up to that view every morning and sharing coffee under the gazebo. It’s a little peace of paradise. I’ve travelled extensively and this easily ranks among the very best places I’ve ever been. It was all the more superb thanks to the excellent hosts Marko and Nikoleta! (Ps - My children adored feeding the tortoises daily and my sister said Yoga on the terrace was the most exceptional place to soothe the soul) We hope to be back in the not too distant future! 😎

There really wasn’t anything about the property to dislike. The area has some unusual insects which take some getting used to but that’s nothing to do with the property!

Beautiful and quiet place perfect for relaxing.

First of all I would like to thank Marko for a very good service, holidays are perfect with such a host. He will tell you everything that you need to know about the area and much more! Villa is located in a small village, 15 minutes away from Cavtat. Within 1-4 km thera are some good restaurants and a market. The pool is perfect for a family with kids, one side is shallower than the other, so it's perfect for kids. We had a great time there and will recommend this place to our friends and family. PERFECT Holiday!

We loved everything- from the accommodations to the host- everything was perfect. Very helpful at any time and yet- ultimate privacy. From the first to the last minute- absolutely perfect. Highlight for us= Turtle Family in the big garden :-)

Wonderful location for a family holiday

Amazing grounds and the most beautiful views, we have seen some fantastic sunsets. My daughters loved the pool and the gardens. They spent hours playing with the tortoises. The host Marco is amazing, so kind and helpful, very friendly and always ready to answer any question. He is by far the nicest host we have ever met in a holiday rental! Property was spotless clean with all things considered for a comfortable stay. Lovely barbecue area, too. We enjoyed our stay so much, it’s idyllic, peaceful and quiet in the villa with complete privacy, and when you need anything, supermarket is very close. We visited Cavtat beaches and the area Konavle with lots of tips from Marco. We had a fantastic time and my girls absolutely loved every minute of our stay, particularly the pool.

A dishwasher would be a great addition!

Definitely recommend- perfect location, perfect villa, perfect host!

Location was perfect - approx 1/2hr from Dubrovnik and 15mins from Cavtat. Pasjaca beach just down the road and a fantastic local restaurant 5/10mins away AND beautiful pizzas from Cilipi, who deliver! Marko was brilliant with lots of tips and incredible knowledge of the area. There was absolutely nothing that was too much for him! The villa itself was perfect for our family if 8! Easily comfortable with plenty of room for 5 adults and three teens (large ones) The pool was a godsend and surroundings idyllic. Thank you so much. We will go back!

It was so hot that we could have done with another aircon unit but it wasn't uncomfortable because the villa is on a hill and there's plenty of ventilation. Like I said, it won't put us off going again.

Exceptional

This was one of the most beautiful vacations ever. The house is located in an excellent location, in a quiet part of Cilipi and yet everything is close. The first beach is 5 minutes away by car, the store is well supplied. The first larger town of Cavtat is 10 minutes away by car. A beautiful town to walk and swim on sandy or rocky beaches. Recommendation for the restaurant Ruzmarin, which is located along the promenade and above a small beach. The house itself has everything you need for a vacation. The cleanliness of the house and the garden is for the price of 10. The pool is great for both children and adults. The water in the pool is clear and has excellent temperatures. The view and the sunset are beautiful and you are also visited by swallow birds that complete the enjoyment. The garden is beautifully landscaped. Lavender, rosemary, flowers and grass that you walk on like the softest carpet, bring you back to life and regenerate your soul. The hosts are extremely kind, professional and always there to help and give good advice. A recommendation for all who want to truly rest, in peace and quiet. An oasis on the hill....

We had an amazing holiday. Our host Marco was fantastic. Our girls loved the pool and the beautiful gardens and especially the fresh figs from the tree. The barbecue area is great for eating at home and taking in the spectacular views that the villa has to offer. The location is perfect being so close to the airport which also provided lots of entertainment for our toddler watching the planes fly past. Its also a very central location to some lovely little towns. It makes a great base from which to explore this wonderful area but also provides a lovely retreat from the busy places on the days you need to chill. The area has some wonderful traditional events on sundays, don't miss this! We had the best holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful and relaxing stay

The Villa is in a lovely, quiet setting, with a beautiful view over the countryside. The pool was amazing! The owners were very welcoming and helpful - they gave us very good tips for places to visit and for local restaurants.

It is close to the airport and you do hear planes but we didn't find it intrusive at all.
