Erholung pur für Körper und Geist

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Wir wurden mit einem Glas Wein begrüßt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Der Pool mit Ausblick ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Zum Frühstück gibt es viele leckere selbstgemachte Kuchen und auch herzhafte Leckereien. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Exceptional

Wonderful place. We enjoyed 4 calm and relaxing nights here. Great breakfast, only a short drive to the beach with beach clubs and restaurants. The pool area at the hotel is also great! Wine tasting is recommended! Even the hotel dog, Arto, was cute.

Can't wait to go back

Exceptional staff and extremely welcoming. It felt like being hosted by family. The location is a 5 minute easy drive down to a beautiful quiet beach with 5 different restaurants to choose from. You can also drive 25 minutes to access another beach and scala dei turchi. The temples were approx 35 mins drive away and very easy to get to from the location. The property itself is hard to describe in words (breathtaking) and our kids loved the infinity pool and property dog. It was a dream stay start to end.

Great location and very helpful and friendly people.

No reception and often no staff to help because this is a working vineyard and they are busy doing other things. No restaurant other than breakfast (which is fantastic!) No room service so no catering at all after breakfast. Nearest restaurants are 3 - 4 km away and are good.

Swimming pool is not finished, it is at walking distance - you need to go via a way where they are still working to build other rooms,… there are no parasols, no pool service,…

Bit out in the Sticks, you will need a car, but lovely & peaceful, fantastic swimming pool

Entire property is amazing, beautiful and charming. Somebody really has an eye for details. The owners are both great hosts, very welcoming and nice people. Lovely breakfast! I fell in love with their dog, Artu. ❤️ Great pool and nice wine. Make sure you take some home. Would love to come back.

Perfect location for some relaxing time. Hosts were very helpful. Since I'm lactose intolerant they prepared special breakfast for me. The same they did for dinner where we had some food and wine tasting. They produce the wine themselves where they took us for a tour in the vineyard. The Wine is not to be missed. The infinity pool area is just amazing with perfect views and it includes a large jacuzzi and sauna. I recommend this accomodation a lot.

The breakfast is exceptional. We stayed here and went to The Valley of the Temples. It’s about a 30 minute drive but the area around this hotel is just so much better than around The Valley of the Temples. The pool area is spectacularly beautiful

Baglio Caruana is fabulous.

Everything was exceptional. The owners were so friendly and gave great advice on what to do, besides the Valley of the Temples. We went to the local beach (Bovo Marina) twice and walked to Torre Salsa. The buildings, grounds and furnishings were gorgeous and the design and construction was high style and quality. We swam in the hilltop pool each day of our stay. We toured the winery and had their wonderful organic wines. Should we visit Sicily again we would definitely stay here again,

Some construction that was under way before the pandemic still needs to be completed.

The hosts Benina and Roberta were incredible! Their hospitality guarantees not only that this will be a place I return to on future stays in the south of Sicily, but that I will (and already have) recommend their hotel (and the amazing rural location) to anyone and everyone I know planning on staying in Sicily. The room was a good size for me, breakfast and cappuccinos water perfect, the pool was amazing….I can’t wait to go back! If you have work related things you need to do during your stay, I recommend bringing your laptop to the beautiful outdoor dining area as the wifi is stronger there. That’s country living for you! Sip a cappuccino and get your work done! (I am studying while traveling, so I used this to get some studying and an exam done during my stay.) Less than ten minutes drive to the closest beach and excellent restaurants. 20 minutes to more beaches both north and south, including Scala dei Turchei. 20 minutes to amazing Agrigento, which you MUST check out if you are in the area!

The place where nature talks!

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Very spacious pool area with a fantastic view of vines and hills. Beautiful sunset scene while nature talks. Just go!!

Fantastic stay

Fantastic room and breakfast!

Great location, with access to many worth visiting spots. The house itself is amazing too, and the room was spotless, and very elegantly decorated. We loved the breakfast, definitely one of the best we’ve had in Sicily! Thanks again for everything!
