Hotel muy bien situado y habitaciones fantásticas con vistas. Lo mejor del hotel son las habitaciones y las vistas.
Nada en concreto. El hotel es un poco setentero.

The location is quite convenience. the breakfast reached our requirement. The onsen in the 2nd floor, we finish the bath and go to breakfast, so good. Room tidy and clean, seaview is my preference. Everything meet our requirement.
I stayed two days. It would be much better if it can change some kind of food of breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. So many choices!
We loved the traditional Japanese room that we booked (tatami and futons), plus the sea view. Very relaxing hotel. Staff's English-speaking ability was limited, but we managed. (Most guests are Japanese.) We enjoyed using the hotel bikes to ride around. Very short walk to train station and a short walk to the land bridge and beach as well.
The hotel itself is very nice and in a great location. Amanohashidate, the town, does not have a lot of dinner choices, which was strange to us because there were so many restaurants open for lunch.

Its location across from Amanohashidate station. Bus stop nearby as well. Dinner was ok. Breakfast has good variety. Small outdoor onsen. Plenty of parking spaces.
Staff speaks barely any English. Yukata was to be collected from lobby but no staff explained that. No one answered the reception phone call either, it took a while to get someone's attention from the reception desk as there's no bell. Wifi was hardly working.

rooms a little dated and price was a little on the high side for the quality of hotel but I guess can’t really be helped as there weren’t many choices around the area

No restaurant is available for dinner.
You have to bring room towel to onsen.

Perfect Location
Breakfast was okay, but is better in other Ryokan and even city hotels.
Price higher than elsewhere.

Near train station
Paid 4 or 5 stars hotel price but the hotel room looks 2 stars. Pricy

The venue was a bit rundown. The meals were not appealing, especially the breakfast.

The view from bedroom window, just like staying above water ...
Staffs couldn't really speak English, they were not interested and not helpful to answer our queries ...

Hotel is near by to the train and bus station. Very convenient.

stayed because of onsen
onsen could be better managed with towels available within the onsen instead of rooms. rooms are small too.

Nice hotel but poor management and not fresh /very cold food.
These are real incidents that I had to dealt with.
1) I booked in the Booking.com clearly stated at the website it is for 2 person to stay (Price for Two Symbol) if it is for one person to stay, please enligthen me with your smart brain why there is an indications of "two person sign/headcounts symbol" in the booking AND it is stated Twin Room Two Single Bed? What is the logic behind of you restricting only one person to stay but stated TWIN room and two mattress given? (I will forward you photos of my room if u need to see). It is a big scam, they insist I have to pay another 7500 Yen for another person.
2) Management is so poor and arrogant here. I have been in Japan for 15 days and another 15 days to go, this hotel don't allow you to take food and dine in inside your room at dining area. Despite, your partner is extremely not feeling (menstrual cycle, and I done my translation for Hotel manager and staff to understand what I said, photo attached in review), what if she is covid? And they said they will close the breakfast entry at 9am sharp. What kind of hotel is this to close 9am sharp and your food is not heating up and awful taste? especially the salmon and fish meat.
3) I truly wish I can be in this area longer so I have extra time to report this to Japan Tourism Rights department.
I truly hope your High Management or Company Boss is reading this, this is certainly a Big Shame to your company! Honestly speaking, I don't think you can compensate anything even if I can return to Japan by 2025, a travelling mood just spoiled by your hotel two times in a short 10hours.
