Mostly nice

Clean spacious rooms, polite attentive staff

The wifi was very slow almost non existent, altough the staff at breakfast was very helpful the breakfast itself was poor

Urokliwie i miło

Super lokalizacja, piękny widok na jezioro, ciekawa architektura, mieliśmy pokój z dostępem przez wewnętrzny taras, bardzo urokliwie. Przemiły personel, pokoje czyste i wygodne, świetne materace. Śniadanie dobre. Zaraz obok hotelu bardzo dobra restauracja z wykwintnym jedzeniem.

Everything is good.Escept the second night

Convenient Bar man SAMPADH is very friendly.He did a good job.

The second night ,my room’s air condition doesn’t work. The staff came and try to fix it. But it doesn’t work. He told me wait.He used computer to control it. Waiting for a while,I called me again,he told me wait. It’s ok。 But ，whole night the air condition doesn’t work.

Convenient location if as we were, using train station/airport. Very friendly staff who speak English if like us you need help from this perspective. Clean rooms, quiet for good sleep with AC and great coffee in the morning!

For us it was a 20 minute walk to the amphitheatre - this was expected and not a problem, but if you're going to Verona as your main destination it's not in the heart of action

Big comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. There is a parking just in front of the hotel.

Staff tried to be friendly, otherwise I cannot say much

There was mould in the room. The shower was dirty. Thermostat was set on high and broken. Weird mechanical grinding/whine at all times making it impossible to sleep combined with the heat. Uncomfortable beds.

Staff were lovely and available 24/7; room was big and very clean; lots of apps on the TV (weather, internet access etc); breakfast was very good; we were able to leave our luggage in a locker on the day we left until 4pm when we left for the airport. The staff were most helpful!

There were only net curtains in the bathroom, no blinds, so we avoided switching the lights on...

OK for convenience, but not much else to recommend it except the friendly staff.

Staff were friendly. Location very convenient for station and access to airport bus. Good value for money.

Hotel is essentially in station buildings complex, zero charm. Claim of 24/7 response to telephone incorrect. I phoned mon-stop for 15 minutes with no response. Room looked quite smart, but light in bedroom so dim that I had to do my reading and writing in the bathroom. Bathroom fittings not all functional, e.g. shower head not fixable to any usable position as fitting was loose.

Overall, very happy to return whenever visiting Verona.

The night porter was cheery and helpful. The room was comfortable with a good sized shower (which is not always the case). The housemaid was very pleasant and polite, speaking perfect English to us.

A smile from the receptionist when checking-in would have been nice. The breakfast was disappointing in terms of the choice of food and also, it was very cramped with guests crammed into a very small area. The breakfast staff were very pleasant though. The room heating was too hot (as per many hotels). We could not find a thermostat so opened the windows, which is crazy when energy costs are high and we should not be wasting resources.

Very convenient hotel in Verona

Very well located hotel, very close to the train station. Rooms are spacious, quiet. The bathroom and the shower are agreable. Breakfast was of quality. Parking is very convenient.

Location at the train station was convenient, but not really easy to find the first time. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful.

Like so much of Europe - no window screens. Air conditioning was not working well, so we had to open the windows at night. Bright outside light from the building behind (closer to the tracks) was a bit harsh.

The breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. The room had a good size with comfortable bed and overall clean. Also the bathroom and shower were big and clean.

The location is close to the main train station, but its surroundings are a bit shady - not nice to walk back to the hotel in the night but great to quickly catch the train!

A short stop over in a lovely hotel

A lovely breakfast in a nice room albeit a bit smaller than it could be. The staff were very helpful and the room very comfortable. They have storage boxes for luggage once checked out which were able to accept to rucksacks with ease and space to spare.

The hotel is quite a new hotel and there are 1 or 2 things that might need attention in the rooms but not so that it would detract from a comfortable stay.
