Merveilleux, un hôte très présent et très agréable.

La vue sur le village, la mer, les citronneraies, merveilleux! Les balades alentours, on a beaucoup aimé. On reviendra avec grand plaisir dans ce petit coin de verdure. En plus, on fait du sport pour y accéder!

Le mobilier extérieur pourrait être amélioré, chaises longues et peut-être une ou deux petites lampes dans le coin canapé à l'intérieur, mais on s'y sent bien.

Loved meeting Pietro and really enjoyed our stay

Nice view after a hike up to property (we were aware of the 200 stairs up to the property as it was in the listing. It got easier by the end of our stay). The host, Pietro was so kind and accommodating. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need. Lovely terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee with a view.

Wonderful! Would definitely book again if going back there

The view is amazing! The owner is very friendly and accommodating as well. Location is good. Not crowded. Just the way we liked it.

The 200 step stairs 😅 its not that we don’t like it, its a very tiny tiny detail but its just hard to get up if you got luggages.

Great location, surrounded by lemon trees and within 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and city

Stay here when you visit the Amalfi Coast!!! Maiori is not as crowded with tourists as the other towns and it is therefore a nice town to stay in. This apartment is located perfectly a bit up in the mountains but within 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and shops/restaurants. This gives you a nice idyllic location with ocean view and away from the busy streets. The steps up to the apartment are easy to do - and totally worth it. You are surrounded by lemon trees and the terrace is amazing. The apartment is well equipt with a big functional kitchen. From Maiori you can take small ferries to all other towns - 15 minutes by boat to Amalfi and 30 minutes to Positano. Would recommend talking the ferries in stead of driving or taking the bus to the towns along the coast. Maiori is also just a short drive from the beautiful mountain town Ravello. Additionally, Maiori has the widest beach among the Amalfi towns and it is therefore not as crowded as the others. You can also do the Sentiero dei Limoni walk directly from Maiori to Minori. If you have a car you can park (additional fee) in a locked garage right next to the stairs up to the apartment. Easy pickup of keys and Pietro was very flexible and showed us everything when we arrived. If you like me tend to look everything up on google maps, don't get confused. The adress shown here does not give you the correct location and it looks like it is much further away from the city and beach. Instead, put in "Hotel Residence San Pietro" on google maps and then look for the small street "Via Accola" and "Castello Thoroplano" just 50 meters further up the road on the right - this is where the steps to the apartment start and where the apartment is located. Your car will be parked right opposite this hotel. This was my second time visiting the Amalfi coast and I would stay here again next time.

The place had everything we needed during our stay. The view was really amazing and the property was quite spacious. The host was really helpful and assisted us in every way. Highly recommend 👌.

Very romantic location overlooking Maiori

Very romantic location overlooking Maiori, with a splendid view. Stairs, tiny streets, the 225 steps is a part of the experience and total immersion in a genuine village of the south of Italy. The person in charge of the checking and assisting us was irreproachable, and always ready. It is a perfect place to stay with four people, ideally 2 couples (2 double rooms, each with a bathroom)

Parking isn't easy in the surroundings. If you walk 500m up the main road, after passing the factory, there is a lane with a set of free parking spaces. This is how we did.

Maiori’s life view

Very nice and pretty old fashioned house with lovely living room. There is enough space for even a small group of 4-6 people. it’s clean and neat. I guess in the summer would be even better!

there is “200 steps/stairs” but actually it is not that much and it’s worthy for the view and place!

I want to come back to this house again

The owner helped us with everything even before we arrived, with recommendations on how to get there and in general. When we arrived, they helped us with our suitcases - took us upstairs in the best viable way. We took the 230 steps up to the house as a useful workout, and as a reward, an amazing view. I especially loved sitting with a cup of coffee on the loggia.

At home in Latvia, I am used to extremely fast Internet. That's why I lacked the speed of the Internet in the cottage because I upload gigabytes of video material to YouTube. It was the only thing I could complain about.

Very enjoyable stay with a fantastic view of the coast

The property has a fantastic view that makes the walk up the steps completely worthwhile. It is clean and well equipped; even the sofa bed is comfortable which was perfect for our group of six. In addition to all that, Pietro is a great host who did everything he could to ensure we enjoyed our time in Maiori.

Great choice

Pietro is a great host, very kind and helpful. There is a beautiful view from the terrace. Two separate bedrooms with bathrooms can ensure privacy when you travel in two couples. If you travel by car ask about place in the garage, even if you find place to park your car outside there are parking meters everywhere.

Steps, but you are informed about it before. If you are higher than 180cm bad could be a little short for you.

Excellent view

Maiori is a nice village in the middle of the Amalficoast. Casa Ferrigno is a spacious appartment with a garden and terrace and a fantastic view of Maiori and the sea. You need to walk up 200 steps to reach the appartment but it is definitely worth it! Pietro, the host, is very nice and helpful. If you arrive by car, please ask Pietro to rent a place in the parking garage because in Maiori it is very difficult and expensive to find a parking place.

Exceptional

Lovely view from terrace and sitting room. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly host. Loved Maoiri as it felt much less busy and touristy than Amalfi and Positano. Great beach with plenty of space (we visited in early October). Safe and secure parking in a garage.
