We stayed here one night after our trip in Torotoro national park. It is a wonderful and modern hotel, with a great lobby and an inviting common area. The breakfast is amazing, with lots of fruits, juices, a wide selection of baked goods, etc. The rooms are very modern and nicely furnished, the bathroom up to the standard. The rooms look over the lobby area, so there was no noise coming from the street. Very good value for price! We would recommend this property.
Nothing.

breakfast is simple and enough.

Specious place and rooms. Nice pool and sauna outside. Everything clean and comfortable beds. Fast Internet and good food options. Friendly staff, and even offered us an early check-in after a long travel.
No English speaking staff at all.

the service was outstanding. extremely helpful staff and always ready to assist
the room didn't have windows to the outside and I needed to run the A/C all day long

Hospitality and cleanliness
I wish there was a clock or alarm clock in the room.

The location and the modern style
We had a junior suite that according to booking was 35m2 but it was no larger than 50m2. Maintenance and attention to detail is missing. Toilet paper and towel holder were broken. After showering half of the toilet floor was flooded.
Very little storage space for clothes for two persons.

Exceptionally clean. Quiet (although maybe there weren’t a lot staying at the time). Room service food was excellent. Felt secure.
