Nice location, at night their restaurant opens to the public. Delicious pizza :)
During the day, the main door remains closed, it is necessary to ring the bell and wait for a moment

Very lovely place. The owner of the hotel (her name is Margarita) takes care of the service and quality and makes sure that every guest is content. She was always available and has a great staff. The location is safe, the suburb is lovely for walking, sports, dining, chilling. The city center (main square: plaza 14 de septiembre) is easily reached by taxi or within a nice walk of 40 minutes. There aren't so many great hotels in Cochabamba, I can really recommend La Casa de Margarita and would return anytime.
Please be aware that there is a pizzeria within the same house that opens from 5 pm to 11 pm each day. The noise is low, but noticeable. If you need complete silence, ask for a respective room. We stayed in the ground floor and heard some music from the pizzeria, but were not bothered.

The hotel Casa de Margarita is an excellent place to relax in the busy town of Cochabamba. It is a boutique hotel with a restaurant serving very nice meals, set in an exclusive garden, in a central location of the town. The owner and her attentive and helpful staff make sure, that you will feel totally at home. The service and the facilities are perfect. Definitely a place to return, if one has the opportunity.

Staff made us feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. The family room we were staying in was huge, as was the bathroom with a double shower and hot water and good pressure. The hotel is close to attractions like Cristo de la Concordia and Palacio Portales as well as a myriad of cafés and restaurants and shopping places. Breakfast is especially appealing to cereal lovers.
The room on the ground floor that my parents were staying in was rather small and the sensor hyper sensitive. Every movement in bed caused the night light to go on.

Great location and secure free parking available. Very friendly and attentive staff who felt like family. The hotel itself is very unique and really feels like a home away from home.
One aspect that was a little disappointing was the service in the restaurant in the evening. Although the food and wine was very good, the service was unfortunately extremely slow and the servers lacked attention, for example we ordered a lasagne which never arrived and the drinks we ordered weren’t served until after our food had arrived.

Margarita and her staff are extremely friendly and helpful hosts, you feel at home and you can use many spots in the house, living area and garden to relax. We also had to work remotely and used the balcony therfore. Wlan was working well.
Their Pizzaria and the selection of food and drinks is great. We were happy with the laundry and ironing service.
The walls are a bit thin, but was OK for us. It's not the cheapest option but worth it.

The breakfast was fantastic. Yogurt with a tray of goodies to mix in. Great coffee and eggs.
The hotel needs to develop a small map to show taxi drivers. We had 4 or 5 taxis refuse to take us because they could not figure out where the hotel was. Also, hotel needs bigger signs out on the street where they can be seen.

The hotel was lovely. There’s a lot of cute amazing things within the hotel. There’s a library and lots of board games. The hotel staff were amazing. We met the owners and they are amazing. The hotel restaurant serves great food. The hotel was like 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel has a lot of common spaces outside our room. We hang out in all of those common spaces. There’s also a big garden (which is part of the restaurant). Our room was clean and tidy. I put in a request the night before and it was actioned straight away. Our room was spacious (it has a walk in closet). The hot shower had good water pressure.
The only thing we were not impressed with is the breakfast. There was very limited option.

Staff was SUPER friendly, helpful and accommodating. Super cute boutique hotel in safe & secure location; facilities were clean. Some staff members spoke English. Breakfast was pretty good, though coffee could have been a bit stronger:) Breakfast was yogurt w/toppings such as fruit, nuts, oats, etc.; bread; juice; cheese. Lots of restaurants, cafes, public transit, etc. nearby, within walking distance.
The beds weren't as comfy as we had hoped. The boutique also has a restaurant so some nights there is noise from that. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but our main complaint is the hotel is located a block from a club and on Friday and Saturday nights, it is open late, so you can hear the loud, booming music and they also set off firecrackers in the street at about 2am on both nights, which woke us up.

The Place is beautiful, very comfy and the staff very nice people. Also, te food is good 👍🏽
The room we got was just on the entrance of the hotel, and they had an event that day so the noise, laugh and drunk people made very hard to sleep. Even though I spoke with the person in charge no much changed until 2:15am.. and when I was finally asleep all the noise from the kitchen was like next to me so I woke up very early, tired and not interested on staying one more night.

Very comfortable stay in a beautiful home, quality breakfast with home baked bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, honey and grains. The garden restaurant is charming and food is great (stone oven baked pizza), good wine selection. The suite is huge, big bathroom with 2 sinks and a deep and long bathtub with jets (old model but good pressure jets). Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Nice big tv with many channels, although just listening to the birds chirping on the balcony was pure bliss. We were lucky to be the only guests our first night but note that you might need earplugs if your neighbors decide to have a loud conversation in the common area upstairs.

The personal attention here is great, the waitress and the owener are super nice, it is as warm as a house. And super location, quiet room
Some facility in room need to be maintained, and detailed menu should be prepared as well
