The rooms were nice
There was a issue with their system changing over and a group of us had booked to stay but me and my partners room was the only room actually booked so one of my friends had to stay in our room to actually have a place to stay

It's was very quite as we were stay over a pub. You didn't hear anything from the pub or restaurant.
They was nothing we didn't like about this place.

I liked the room and the bed was comfortable.
After booking a few months back I asked would it be possible to have a continental breakfast early as I was to do Tri Tyrone 70.3 triathlon today. When I enquired upon arrival the thing that was possible to have was a bowl of granola or rice crispies.I chose granola.I asked about bread but was told it was all frozen.I asked about youghurt and was told it isn't in pots.I I had to go to the shop to buy food myself to supplement the granola.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
The room was spotless!
I would definitely recommend this place. Emmett Quinn was more than helpful
Nothing not to like. I wished I had more time to stay longer.

Breakfast was only available at the weekend but the Central store nextdoor provided a fabulous over the counter takeaway breakfast for a great price. When we did have breakfast it was very nice. Town was close to main roads to go sightseeing. Staff were lovely.
Steps if you have a movement issue, but this is a historical property and we need to appreciate and support our history where possible. First time we have been to Ireland, we will be back. Didn't see any leprechauns :(

Location for a wedding venue was great. The place was clean, modern and exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, the same as the pillows. The place was quiet! Definitely a good option to stay!
There is a Centra beside the accommodation and a lovely coffee place in front of it.
When we booked the bedroom the check-in was at 12pm. We were very happy about it because we had a wedding at 3pm and we wanted to change in the bedroom before going to the wedding venue. They didn't inform us that the check-in was at 3pm until we arrived there.
I talked to a person 3 days before and I said we were there @ 2pm because we had a wedding at 3pm. At the end we only waited for 10min for the bedroom...but they should inform us about the new timetables.

lovely rooms, very clean and tidy,
the restaurant was not open mon to wed

Friendliness of personnel and people in general in (Northern-)Ireland. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but it has a good restaurant with nice bar. The breakfast you can get next door, where there is a small store that offers good coffee, sandwiches, hot breakfast even and opens at 0630 Mon-Fri.

Room was clean and nice though. Food and drink was nice in restaurant
Booked studio apartment, double bed with sofa but ended up in a regular double room.

The accommodation was central to where we were needing to stay. The staff were lovely and gave us a lift down to our venue.
On arrival, the accommodation was locked up and nobody there to greet us. After 16 phonecalls which weren’t answered and a voicemail later, they finally got back to us and informed us they would be down in 5 mins. When paying for the accommodation, they had the wrong booking up and we nearly overpaid for the wrong room. All of this caused us to miss a good 40 mins of the wedding reception we were due to go to. On check out at the stated time, again there was nobody there to hand the keys over to with no instructions on how to do so. Again, after multiple missed calls and a voicemail later, they got back to us 20mins later with instructions. Also, it states ‘private parking’ which was just leaving your car on the street!! No kept space, as said. Disappointing and should be better run to allow guests an easy stay. A lot of added stress to an important occasion.

Clean
big room
Check-out was difficult and I missed my transportation because of it & staff weren’t happy because I came too “early” (at 8:00 AM) and the check-out timing ends about 10:00 AM
The main problem here is the location. not much. if you missed one, that’s it you’ll spend hours waiting

location

Location and staff save this place. Rooms are quite big as well which is appreciated
The cleanliness needs looked at if you advertise as a 4*
Also the rooms need spoons if you have tea and coffee facilities.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. We ended up arriving several hours late and as our plane was late we didn’t arrive until almost 2am. Noel was amazing and Sarah was also fantastic in ensuring we got in okay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious. Communication was exceptional. So grateful for all their help. Would definitely stay again and much preferred it to Corrick House we stayed before for twice the cost.
We were going to a funeral and could have done with the use of an iron. To be fair we probably should have just asked if they had one we could use because my guess is they would have provided one but there was none in the room.

The food was excellent. The staff could not be anymore helpful and friendly
It was a bit noisy as there were 2 party's on downstairs

I can't say enough positives about The Tailors house. We loved our stay from the second we arrived everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were a generous size and very clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We found the people of Ballygawley and Augher in general to be so lovely and friendly.
I wouldn't call it anything bad just something to be aware of is the bar and restaurant are closed mon and tues in January not sure about other months so breakfast isnt available on these days. However they informed us of this on checkin and there is a shop right next door with a deli so this wasnt an issue for us just something to be aware of. It didn't affect our stay in the slightest we still had the best time.
No complaints we loved our stay

The staff where so friendly and helpful on arrival and during our stay.
The young man at the bar helped us with a taxi number. The place was spotless and comfortable.

Nothing
Avoid it. No parking! Only on a main street.
No staff at night or morning, and they do not take any complaints. Very poor service. Never again.
