If you want to really experience jaipur... Book your stay here. Ajid and his staff are amazing, honestly one of the most caring and welcoming hosts/teams I've ever met.
The rooftop is beautiful, offers a great view to the mountains and the food they provide is the best we found in all of jaipur. Chillout is located close to some of the most famous sightseeing destinations, few of them even being within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay so much, that we decided to stay an additional night. They provided a lot of information about the city their country and the culture as well as the local wildlife. The whole vibe with all people visiting this place was just perfect and we often found ourselves staying in conversations for hours.
They are also really well connected and can help you out with recommending shops, tailors, spots and everything else you could be looking for :)
The rooms are nothing special but for the price it's really nothing to complain about. Honestly not much negative to say about this place.
Sometimes the power cut out but this was fixed promptly (also I don't even know if it's their fault or just a general issue in this area)

Was sofort auffällt, ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal 👌🏻 Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Lage ist super als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse. Hier kann man mit einem tollen Ausblick Frühstücken und auch sehr lecker Abendessen. Wir können das Chillout auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

The atmosphere on the rooftop!

Good location, can walk to the city palace. Staff were very friendly and took us on a tour of the local houses where silver is manipulated by hand and sold for edible leaf on food, jewellery and temple decor. Tuk tuk services were available for hire (1500 rupees for 60km) which let us get out to the Amer palace and further away attractions. Our driver was very patient and waited while we explored and told us to avoid the guide scams at the entrance of the attractions. The room and rooftop were also very nice. I liked the metal cups and plates at the restaurant as it means less wastage than paper plates!
No curtains in our room. A kettle would be of great use also. Factor in around an hour for your food order at the restaurant here as there is only one or two people in the kitchen. The food is very tasty however and staff are very nice.

The staff were very easy-going (chill, as it were), the bed was warm and comfortable (great duvet), and the restaurant had good food (great hot chocolate) and good prices.
The bathroom window didn't have a mosquito screen so I had to kill three before going to sleep, and we woke up just after dawn as there were no curtains on the windows. The restaurant was slow (but hard to count that against them with a name like "chill-out").

Chillout hostel was the best placed we stayed in India. We loved every second of being there and even stayed 3 extra nights as we didn’t want to leave. Chillout is very aptly named, it was super relaxing. The food served on the rooftop was always delicious. The staff are what times chillout amazing… 100% recommend you stay at Chillout during your stay in Jaipur.

This was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. Especially the staff made this trip unforgettable. They are the most friendly, kind, fun and helpful people. The breakfast was also fantastic and fresh every morning. I will come back here definitely and highly recommend to stay here.

Llegué a esa hora aproximadamente.
Me dijeron que la habitación no estaba preparada y que si no me importaba subir a tomar un té a la terraza. Sin problema.
Pero a las 13:45 ya cansado y deseando ir a mi habitación, voy a recepción, me llevan a la habitación y todavía estaba sin empezar a preparar.
Sí que es verdad que el chico la preparo en 5-10', pero después de casi dos horas esperando creo que es un detalle feo y fácilmente evitable.

The people are great the food is great the special lassi is great it was ALL GOOD. Honestly I don’t have much hostel experience but this has made me want to stay at more. The two brothers who run this place are just solid real people who are obviously chill but also give a f*ck. Are there little things I could nitpick about, sure, literally nowhere is perfect. Ok for example I had a cold shower but it was because I didn’t know the light switch thing for the hot water heater needed to be on. He might have told me I coulda asked I figured it out no big deal. My point is that the overall vibe and aesthetic dwarf any petty details that may arise (which again I would argue happen everywhere…the petty details, not the EXEMPLARY CHILLOUTS). I mean the rooftop restaurant alone is a reason to stay here. And they have all the plugs for the city, drivers, recommendations, whatever. Good times.

This place deserves its excellent reputation. Genial host, good size bedroom with bathroom, very clean. The food is great and I didn’t want to eat anywhere else. This is a relaxed and friendly place close to main sights and a haven from the chaotic streets of Jaipur.
Dodgy internet reception but what can you do? Just go to the rooftop restaurant or use the seats on the front porch and you’ll get your emails done.

Estuvimos dos noches, y el segundo día entraron en nuestra habitación cuando no estábamos para quitar un ventilador del techo que al parecer estaba averiado. Hubiéramos agradecido que se nos hubiera avisado antes para poder adecuar un poco la habitación.

The staff was excellent! So kind and friendly! The food was very good and I couldn’t get enough of Baloo’s signature machiato with homemade cashew milk! Very relaxed atmosphere, with a lovely rooftop to relax, make friends and hangout. Many good tips of places to visit.
The shower was glitchy, and hot water was an issue when too many people were showering at the same time.

The location is good to visit nearby tourist attractions. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is included was good.
Very noisy, we didn’t not sleep well the 4-nights we stayed. No soundproofing with outside. You hear traffic, animal noises, and random sounds. Staff was not communicative on our late check-in due to a train delay. Messaged them on Booking, WhatsApp, and text message without any reply. This made us highly anxious not knowing if someone would be there to let us in. Spotty WiFi. Only 3-4 minutes of hot water.

Staff are incredible, the manager Baloo has perfect English and is great fun. The staff although a language barrier are all welcoming, friendly and as helpful as possible.

The accommodation was spacious and clean , the location was good close to many amenities ( you can get tuk tuk for very cheap price ) the staff very helpful. There is a roof top for entertainment, you can have your breakfast or dinner there , everything was very tasty & delicious. Definitely would stay again

Chillout only features private rooms but it has this absolutely amazing hostel vibe thanks to a cosy cafe on the terrase where people can meet and chat and make new friends. The owner and his team are awesome and very helpful people. The room where we stayed is nice and clean. The breakfast is delicious. The view from the terrase is stunning. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Jaipur!

Room & bedsheet were clean
- Not hot water in the bathroom for the shower, just luckwarm.
- Brightness in the room : out of four windows, 2 did not have any blind. Full light since the sunrise.
- Extremely noisy : noises from the street as if they were no window (honking, cars, traffic) & pigeons living and fighting on the AC unit, and making tremendous noises, impossible to sleep
- Offered a free pick up from the train station, which was super nice. Nevertheless, the pick up never showed up, leaving us alone at 1am at the train station in the middle of the night waiting for more than 30minutes.
I do not understand the other comments of calm ect as my experience was really bad.
The owner proposed another room that had the same caracteristics of the first one, we decided to leave the hotel without refund, paying for two extra nights even if we didn't use the room.

Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas y estaban limpias. El wifi iba muy bien. Tienen una terraza agradable arriba pero sin sombras. Pudimos hacer checkin antes se tiempo. El staff en general era agradable. Se podia pagar con tarjeta lo cual se agradece.
El baño no estaba limpio, pelos y pelusas que se quedaban estancados ya que el suelo tiene poca inclinación y no traga agua. El baño se la paso mojado toda la estancia y era incomodo. No tiene cortinas por lo que a las 6 habia muchisima luz. Justo tenian obras y no se podia descansar bien durante el dia. Un poco lejos del centro, tienes que coger tuktuk por unas 80-100 rupias para ir y venir.
