Nettes kleines Hotel - so man ein schönes Zimmer erwischt...

Gute Lage nahe vom Strand, gutes Frühstück. Schöne Anlage, netter Pool.

Wir haben für 120 € ein EG. Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Wand bekommen, entsprach nicht den Fotos des Hotels. Zimmer sehr klein, haben uns dort nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal beim Eichecken war wenig an uns interessiert / gelangweilt.

Very relaxing and quiet with a beautiful pool and friendly staff.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The swimming pool was very nice and surrounded by beautiful plants. I liked the communal areas with lots of books and some games to play. Breakfast was nice and it was very quiet (although this was partly because there were only 2 other guests).

All nearby restaurants were very expensive.

Mooie accommodatie aan strand gelegen

Aan rand van Coco gelegen waardoor rustig gelegen, op loopafstand van strand, leuk winkel en uitgaansstraatje. Accommodatie was schoon en gemoedelijk in mooie tuin gelegen. Zwembad erbij, vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt

Wij vonden het net iets te ver van straat met restaurants gelegen, maar dat is persoonlijk. Zeker als het regent en dat deed het er bij ons veel….

Would return again!

Wonderful staff, clean grounds, clean rooms, very comfortable place. The staff was very welcoming towards the kids. We enjoyed our stay. Loved being in a quiet area of coco beach.

Bad, I was late night I couldn’t figure it out

Nothing, I mean I couldn’t check in even I did booked a room by booking, the guard didn’t even know about my check in, too messy

The service, the guard tried to call the manager and she never took the call

excelent plave to stay, great value for money.

everything was good. hosts lovely, breakfast good, swimming pool clean and open. good info at front desk.

room can be cleaner. bed base was not so stable. monkeys and dogs made noise at night... no desk in room. no chair. wasnt enough place to put stuff on, bags, computer etc.

Chill experience

It is a safe place, the entrance is gated and security 24/7. The swimming pool was ideal temperature all day and the hot water from the tap was actually hot, not just warm. Beautiful garden to practice yoga and recycling bins to clasify all type of wastes. The staff helped me book a nice catamaran tour.

The breakfast was not good, it was a small amount of food for the price paid. Gardeners were noisy with the chainsaw while people was trying to relax at the pool. Bed sqeaked with the slightest move.

Appreciate the strong communication, great location, and great value!

Very friendly check in process. Fatima provided some very nice recommendations on places to visit. Very accommodating for young children. And location was really perfect. just outside of the busy area, close to beach, and accessible to Pacific Beach Club.

A pretty garden and a place with good cooking facilities.

We loved the garden - both outside of the bungalow and around the pool. The kitchen and facilities were good. We didn’t like the fact that apart from our check, and we stayed for a week, that dealings with staff were difficult - due to lack of any English! We also booked good local e-bikes.

The place looked drab inside- dark brown curtains and bedding. It looked dated. It was also a little walk to the town but we expected that.

Good location...great value...exactly what we wanted for our first 3 nights in Costa Rica.

Not their problem, but the road to the property was a bit sketchy due to it's condition...not ideal to walk along with dirt bike and ATV traffic racing about. I'm certain the road is due for upgrades so that should solve this. Sidewalks would be a plus.

Prima verblijf en vriendelijk personeel.

De locatie was goed en we zijn goed geholpen door het personeel. Prima kamer met een goedwerkende airco. Ook een fijne plek om bij het zwembad te zitten.

Het bed was ontzettend hard en er zit geen restaurant/eetgelegenheid bij. Daarvoor moet je verderop wezen.

De terror

Teníamos reservación confirmada por Booking desde el 3 diciembre 2023 para 3 noches. llegamos al hotel y la recepcionista nos dice que no hay reservación alguna, que Booking no la hizo y que no habían habitaciones disponibles. Le indique el número de confirmación y el pin y no quiso siquiera revisar y todo el tiempo le dejaron la responsabilidad a Booking y no aceptaron el error de ellos también . Obviamente le dieron la habitación a otra persona. Nosotros éramos 3; mi esposo , yo y nuestra hija de 7 años que al escuchar la situación entro en un estado de ansiedad y nervios porque no sabíamos donde alojarnos si ya todo El Coco estaba al 100%. Pésimo trato de la recepcionista, y de otra persona que ella llamó que hasta se burló de mi persona. Irresponsables, no les recomiendo reservar en ese lugar. Al final tuvimos que irnos a Brasilito-Conchal donde sin reserva nos trataron como reyes y la pasamos fenomenal pudiendo desplazarnos a otras playas cercanas y muy hermosas.

Can't wait to go back

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. The pool was great so refreshing just a short walk to beach. The rooms were super clean. And the grounds were well maintained. Good security so no worries.

Gute Anlage

Die Anlage ist sauber und einladend. Strand gut erreichbar. Bisschen weg vorn Trubel.

Unser Zimmer war durchschnittlich. Einen Tag war der Pool gesperrt (ohne Ankündigung). Der Safe, welcher im Zimmer sein sollte, wurde auch vom Personal nicht gefunden.

Superb

As a scuba diver it is important to be flexible with check outs, the staff allowed us to use the common shower for us to get clear even after the check out time. Overall it is a nice property with an amazing pool and excellent location. Very quiet to rest properly.

Quiet a walk to the center, especially when its very hot. Yet again it is quiet because its a bit away from the center, cant have everything.

Comfort and value by the beach in Coco

This hotel really had everything we look for in a place to stay on vacation. The pool was lovely and easy to access, the staff were very friendly, and they were happy to accommodate our request to not have any fragranced products used in cleaning the room before or during our stay. Having a full kitchen, which included pots, pans, salt, pepper, and utensils - including a cutting board - was amazing. Private gated parking and the well-maintained gardens that were full of birds and other wildlife were also a plus. Fantastic location; the beach is literally right there and it's easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafés.

The internet was intermittently slow (but it was always there), and the water pressure wasn't always high (but it was hot!). Really have to search to find things that were negative about the stay; overall it was wonderful.
