About this house rental

Enjoy the convenient village location, about 1mile from center of town, just a short walk to Main Street . Our home is comfortably furnished, and has a great deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. The living room features a wood burning fireplace for seasonal use. If your dates are not available please message us, we are flexible!

The floor plan features:
Main level: kitchen/ dining area, bedroom #1 with queen bed, bath w/shower, and living room with fireplace. Deck with outdoor dining.

Second level: bedroom #2 king bed that can split to two twins; bedroom #3 has a queen bed and walk in closet. One full bathroom

lower level: bedroom #4 with bunk beds and a double bed; bath w/shower, and laundry room. The den has TV with Roku device to login to your own streaming services (there is no cable or local TV stations)

Wonderful condo for we 5 elderly lacrosse players. Clean, roomy and well appointed. Everything worked and nice to have a washer and drying for after the rain and mud! Would recommend and will stay again if available.

The house and location were great. Bedrooms were a good size and three bathrooms are a big plus. Very close to Lake City Town and Ski Jump. Two parking spots are perfect and very easy to navigate the area.

The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were adequate. Unfortunately, the listing did not provide information about access to the condo. There were 2 older adults and 2 young children in our party, and we had to walk down a steep, slippery staircase to reach the condo entrance. Additionally, the outdoor lighting was poor, and we used our phones to give us enough light to walk down the stairs; when leaving the condo, the steep staircase going up was also difficult, especially with the icy surface. The basement space had a TV in a small living room, a bedroom, bath, and the laundry room. It was a bit musty in the basement, so we did not spend much time down there. The living room (1st floor) was small, but cozy with seating for up to 5 people. The kitchen table was bar height in a small space with just 4 chairs. Overall, everything worked, and we enjoyed our stay. The "walk" to town was definitely a bit longer than we anticipated. The appliances worked well; there was a large refrigerator and standard stove and dishwasher.

The townhouse was perfect for our group. Only downside was the 12 steps leading to our front door, which presented some difficulty for us 70-year olds with luggage. The deck was great for after dinner drinks and conversation. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Clean, well equipped, good location, quiet, private with lots of pines to make us feel "in the woods". Long set of stairs down into this hillside property were a little daunting at first, but we soon discovered a less steep fewer steps stair case very nearby. Grammas were then very happy. 3 generations pronounced lets come back!

We loved our stay, house is cozy, comfortable, well equipped, in a great location, and beautiful snow covered trees out every window. We loved it and hope to return next year. Highly recommended. Host was very easy to communicate with.

This house was perfect for our group of two families. The teens loved having the bottom level all to themselves. We were surprised when the main level didn’t have a tv but spent every night relaxing as a group with the fire and conversation. The kitchen table was a perfect fit for the 8 of us to play cards and games. The location into town was a nice walk despite the cold weather. Laura responded quickly and effectively to the few questions we had. We all agreed that this was a top rental choice as we do this annually. We hope to be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It suited our accommodation requirements for 6 adults, but would fit more people if needed! We loved being able to use the fireplace as well and enjoyed it both evenings of our stay.

Perfect location. Private, homey, quiet, clean and yet close to all restaurants/shops, Main St. Lake Placid. All the amenities you could ask for. Would definitely stay there on our next visit. Couldn't have asked for better hosts, very informative and responsive. It was like home away from home.

Our stay was perfect! We were in Lake Placid for a wedding and stayed here for the weekend. It was in a great location, close to town, and has plenty of space for a group to be together. We were very happy with our experience and highly recommend.

My family and I spent the weekend in Lake Placid for Easter, a tradition we’ve had for sometime. The place was perfect. We felt as though we were at home. The place was extremely comfortable and all of us we thankful for it. The location was great too. Such a wonderful experience!

Great weekend spent in Lake Placid with friends at extremely convenient condo. Condo was super clean, had everything needed for a long weekend and slept 7 adults with ease. Will definitely rent again, owners were very easy to work with and left a very nice bottle of wine as our welcome gift.

Stayed at this townhome for a girl’s lacrosse tournament with a few mothers and daughters . We were so close to the fields and Main Street. We were able to park and walk everywhere. The place was so clean. All beds were super comfortable. The porches were great for enjoying a cool evening dinner outdoors. I will definitely stay here again.

This condo was in a great location for our group for the Lake Placid Horse Show. There was plenty of space for all of us and the location was convenient to the show grounds and to Town. Hosts were easy to reach although we didn't need anything during our stay as everything was as expected and we didn't experience any problems.

Myself, my husband and two kids, ages 7 and 10 absolutely loved our stay! The condo is very clean, spacious yet cozy, well equipped in terms of kitchen/bedding/towels/firewood and in a great location to the main village of lake placid, whiteface mountain and all the local attractions. We had a great time skiing, going out to eat (the area is super conscious of covid safety), shopping, and riding the new zipline and alpine coaster. What a much needed and appreciated time away!

Overall it was good place and I stay there again in the future. Our only issue was with the cleanliness, as the coffee pot had old coffee in it and one of the toilets was not cleaned.

The rooms were clean and spacious! Coffee on the porch first thing in the morning brings with it the intoxicating aroma of evergreen pine. The neighborhood was in a perfect location within walking distance of great restaurants and the Olympic stadium. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful and accommodating every step of the way. highly recommend this rental!

The weather didn’t cooperate but we still enjoyed ourselves. There was enough room for the parents to relax by a fire and teens to hangout and play games downstairs during the ice storm. Great spot near town, everything you need is in the kitchen, though we only ate breakfast in. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Bear Lodge for the lacrosse tournament. Location was perfect. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all of the dishes/cooking utensils, garbage bags etc. we were able to find everything we needed. Rooms were large with lots of windows and the deck was perfect for relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay!
