Pour une nuit c’était très bien.

Très bel endroit, bien situé, des restaurants et le bord de l’eau tout près, facile de se rendre à l’aéroport en autobus, il s’agit toutefois de se faire donner les bonnes informations pour se rendre à l’arrêt de l’autobus qui se rend à l’aéroport et le tour est joué. Nous avons été aidé par de gentils italiens!

Le déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, il n’était pas beaucoup garni. À noter, que ce n’est pas insonorisé, mais comme nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit et que nos voisins n’ont pas été trop bruyants, cela a été correct.

Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż na zdjęciach na booking ale był duży, przestronny, czysty. Miał również balkon. Blisko restaurację, niedaleko do morza. Spokojna okolica.

Śniadanie wliczone w cenę powinno zostać usunięte z tej oferty. Na 5 dni pobytu dostaliśmy 1 mały jogurt, dwa małe soczki, jedno małe mleko i dużo ciastek (w niektórych obiektach są to darmowe przekąski). Nie dostaliśmy nawet kawy do ekspresu dolce Gusto, a w pokoju nie było zwykłego czajnika, wodę trzeba było podgrzewać w mikrofali. Nie było też korkociągu. Włochy bez kawy i wina, to trochę kpina ;).

Excellent value overall.

Great value. Short taxi to airport. Fiumicino is a good place for fun seafood dinner (who knew?) Apt was clean and well appointed. Host was wonderful and speaks English.

Hot shower went cold halfway thru. Bed mattress was a bit lumpy down the middle, so in a Queen, each person was sleeping in a trough- like.

Muy recomendable

El apartamento tenía un tamaño amplio, todo muy nuevo y muy cuidado. Cocina y baño fantásticos. Los detalles muy cuidados con artículos de desayuno y de baño. Massimo fue encantador y esperó hasta nuestra llegada a las 22:00, un poco más tarde de lo acordado inicialmente.

Consigliato per chi vuole visitare i dintorni della città eterna ma anche la capitale stessa.

Posizione tranquilla e comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici, sia dall'aeroporto che dalla fiera, e per spostarsi a piedi per Fiumicino città. Camera ben pulita, climatizzata e dall'arredamento essenziale ma dotata del necessario come TV, phon, frigo, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie e lavello. Senza dimenticare la connessione wifi gratuita. Il proprietario è molto simpatico, affabile e disponibile.

Mancanza del bidet compensata con un doccino di lato al water. Non il massimo per i miei gusti ma neanche una tragedia. Nonostante abbia sfruttato una tariffa last minute molto scontata, a mio parere è comunque un pò altina per essere un B&B. Tuttavia è in linea con le altre strutture di questa tipologia su Roma e dintorni quindi resta una mia considerazione personale intesa in senso generale. Come valutazione complessiva consiglio questa struttura.

Sympa pour une petite escapade à la mer, plein de restaurants à proximité. Très mignon!

L'espace, la propreté, l'accueil tardif, l'emplacement.

L'appartement n'est pas insonorisé. On entend beaucoup les voisins, les voitures sur la rue... Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne de ce nom, gâteaux industriels emballés. Rien de frais.

Good stay

The room was big with good amenities. They charged airport transfer for 20-25 euros each trip without commuting fees in advance. The owner doesn’t speak English but staff can communicate OK. Location is 5 minutes drive away from the airport.

Hôte très serviable et appartement propre et bien situé, qui est toutefois mal insonorisé

Mary Jo, l'hôte, est extrêmement gentille et serviable. Elle a organisé une navette de l'aéroport à l'appartement à la dernière minute, alors que ce n'était pas prévu. Son collègue qui faisait le transport a été très ponctuel pour la navette vers l'aéroport le lendemain. L'appartement est agréable, propre et bien équipé. Il est aussi avantageusement situé à proximité de l'aéroport.

L'appartement est très mal insonorisé. Dans la chambre à coucher, il y a une porte condamnée qui communique avec l'appartement voisin. On entend donc sans difficulté les conversations des gens louant l'appartement voisin. Si vous avez comme moi la malchance d'y séjourner en même temps qu'une famille de quatre dont un enfant qui ne fait pas ses nuits, il vous sera impossible de dormir.

Lovely overnight stay in a traditional Italian place, with amenities close by.

The apartment was well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. The mattress was very firm which I do prefer. The location was excellent for amenities, just a short stroll to the promenade where numerous eateries, bars and shops were. Only a 5 - 10 minute drive from the airport. The owner, Lorenzo, was a lovely, friendly man. He didn't speak much English but we managed to get answers to our questions. He was happy to book us a taxi for our trip to the airport the next day. The goodies in the apartment were very welcome and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight stay, if returning to Rome.

There wasn't anything that could be improved upon as far as we were concerned. An excellent find.

Fantastic stay

Alessia our host was great. She showed us around the property and gave us info on what is located nearby. We stayed here since it was close to the airport. My family and I had connecting rooms. Each room had ac which we definitely needed. Small kitchen for basic needs and small pastries and sweets were provided. It added a welcoming touch to the whole experience. The location is walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. We were able to eat fresh seafood. It was so delicious! I would recommend this place to friends and family. I would stay here again if we ever go back.

Very nice and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities, walking distance to beach, supermarket and also the main street with nice restaurants

The breakfast consisted in some sweet pastries and water and juice that was in the fridge, so we still had to buy our own stuff as we didn’t want to eat sweet all the time

Great location for Fiumicino Airport.

Very clean and well-appointed accommodation. We were pleasantly surprised as the rate was very reasonable compared to other properties we stayed in, in Rome, Florence, Bologna and beyond. Also, the owner was very helpful and kind.

The only negative issue- the shower did not drain quickly. Besides that, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Very good

We stayed one night before transiting to Sicily. The location is close to the airport, property manager arranged our pick-up/drop-off from the airport and the stocked kitchenette was perfect for breakfast and arrival snacks. Team is friendly and very helpful, would definitely recommend for short layover.
