Muy bonito lugar.

La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación es cómoda y con lo necesario. Había cocina compartida que incluía café, té y agua. El staff muy amable. Nos tocó la habitación 3 y no se escuchaba nada de ruido de los bares, como habíamos leído en los reviews.

No había shampoo, acondicionador ni jabón corporal para la ducha, podría ayudar para los viajeros.

Great location, very clean, but no working wifi.

Location great, check in very easy. Spotlessly clean and nicely furnished/decorated. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but they were nice. Good number of towels.

Wifi didn't work and one of the double beds only had a single blanket, which meant one person had that and one only had a sheet. However, it was warm in the room, so it didn't matter too much.

Super clean, cosy and stylish, good location with many nice restaurants around. It is shared apartment with 3 rooms, but privacy is perfect, room had nice own bathroom and spotless shower. We needed taxi before 4am to reach the airport and it was very easy to get the help from the host, thanks for that!

No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom or we could’t find it. If you don’t have these things in your personal luggage, that could be theonly small issue.

Clean, functional rooms in a disappointing location

Price of stay was good. The place itself is clean and the rooms do look like the pictures. Air conditioning is nice and works well. The bathroom is big with a shower, though only hand soap was provided. The beds are perfectly fine, comfortable, and clean. Taxi ride to airport is fast from here, use the itTaxi app and book your taxi ahead of time.

Fiumicino as a location did not seem as useful as a map would indicate. Its proximity to the airport is offset by the airport/train station's lack of walkable access. Be prepared to spend 15 euro/person on aggressively driven taxi rides back and forth. The rides themselves are only 9 min, though. The train ticket to Roma Termini here is doable but also expensive at around 14 euro/person. Fiumicino is also a town past its prime. The beach is quite polluted and the town is partially in a rough shape. For what it's worth, the people were nice enough. The namesake river itself is not particularly nice, though the sunsets are pretty. This bed & breakfast serves no breakfast. This is 'due to covid', but you will see nobody observe a single safety precaution anywhere in Italy, so take that with a grain of salt. This is compensated with a somewhat lowered price. There are restaurants nearby that served their purpose fine. This is only communicated to you via a post-it on the door. You must communicate your arrival time upfront and someone will let you in and hand you a copy of the house keys. There is nobody present otherwise. We still had to wait around 15 min after the communicated time. There is no early check-in, you can negotiate a checkout time with the owner. The owners do not really speak English, though you will get by. There is a 6$ city tax you will still need to pay, preferably in cash. There is a shared common area with other guests with Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi does not reliably reach into your room, fwiw. There is a lot of late noise due to the nearby restaurants and you have to be lucky with the other tenants at the time of your stay. Bring earplugs.

Great small place for fuimicino

Extreemly clean. Small. Great for 1 night. Kitchen extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Property manager will meet you at a specific time outside. She was adequately helpful

it was very central and close to restaurants and we could walk and enjoy the beautiful sunset

we had difficulty trying to get into the property, the phone numbers on the main door are out of date. it took us quite a while to get into the property

This room is above a nightclub, make sure not to go on a night where it's open.

The room and beds were good, and communicating with the staff was great.

I did not sleep a single minute because my room was above a nightclub which it felt like I was inside. This room should not be available when the nightclub is open, it's just impossible to imagine anyone sleeping through this.

We enjoyed our stay at River View. It was clean, and the room was nicely decorated. We feel like it

Unfortunately due to Covid there was no breakfast offered. There was a cute room off our suite with various teas and a coffee maker with coffee capsules. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in there too.

It would have been nice if we were told in advance that breakfast was no longer included. This didn't cause much of a problem because the street is lined with all sorts of restaurants.

Very convenient location with free parking. Very close to restaurants and river view ( as name suggests); Good clean apartment with comfortable beds and pillows. Very good value.

Very small shower with handle of shower right in the middle so you constantly accidentally turned it off or hotter!! 3 flights of stairs to get to apartment, great if your young but we're not!!

disappointed to be charged 20 euros for being 10mins over check-in, which i advised host of before departure. i also noticed the host was in bar next door with friends, so they was not impacted by my late 10mins!

Just for 1 night but I would have liked to do more than just one night. It was comfortable, best bed in 30 days :D I really liked the decoration. Only "negative" thing: the room is in a shared apartment with 3 other rooms. On the other hand, it was well soundproofed.

Enjoyed our stay very much

We were very happy with the accommodation which was light and airy, exceptionally clean and comfortable. There were plenty of bars and restaurant close by and there was on-street parking just across the road.

Teabags were provided. It would have been good if coffee had also been provided.

Shower drain needs to be cleaned out to allow drainage Very low water pressure in shower No hot water after a VERY hot day spent in Rome. Attended around midnight to reset 2nd door to access room was a VERY LARGE challenge to open and was locked out for over an hour

the woman who greeted us was very rude. We reached the city at 10 am. We called the facility on the phone and asked if we could leave our luggages. The gentleman we spoke to on the phone said that he would be ready at 2 pm and that we could not leave our luggages. We arrived at the apartment at half past 3, still no one to greet. A woman came at 4pm and said an angry and interrogator behaviour that the room was ready at 4 pm. we said that's what we were told on the phone but she was persistently rude to us. Since the windows are open in summer, there was a lot of noise from outside. The only good thing is that it's clean.

There is lot of noise, loud music playing till late night as there are pubs and restaurant nearby. If u have a early morning flight, be ready for not getting proper sleep due to loud music played till late night. Rest all is okk

perfect place for a short break

the property was spotless with a very comfortable bed. the location was great with a choice of lovely bars and restaurants near by. the shared kitchen with hot drinks and facilities was great.

you could hear the bars on the street which may be a problem for some people.

Completely clean and very kind staff, pretty comfortable and not far from the airport, perfect for who doesn’t need a long stay in Rome.
