The perfect stay for a quiet and relaxing vacation

We liked everything about our stay. We stayed in the water villas, which was perfect. We enjoyed it so much and got to relax on our own porch. The resort is very well kept and had everything you need. They also provide a free transfer from and to the airport/pier, free kayaks and bicycle rental and motorbikes for a very cheap price. The breakfast was also very good with many choices. The staff is super nice and very helpful. The location is great if you are looking for something quiet, away from the burst of a city and turists.

The only thing that is a downside and a big shame is the amount of garbage lying around on the beaches and also in the sea, which is disgusting. If they clean it, the resort would be 10/10. The sea is also not clear, so it is not that pleasant to swim in it.

Miljön var fantastisk men resten behöver förbättras.

Miljön var helt fantastisk! Stugorna på vattnet och poolområdet.

Dåligt utbud på frukosten och fanns heller inget ”vanligt” kaffe. Personalen var inte så informativ eller tillmötesgående då de inte kunde engelska. De byggde dessutom om resturangområdet vid vattnet som därmed var obrukbart.

Снимайте этот отель на одни сутки, чтобы сделать красивые фотографии на закате. Больше там делать нечего.

Задумка домиков, как на мальдивах. Очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал.

Вода в феврале коричневого цвета. Туалет без двери. Шум от ветра и страх за жизнь во время прилива и сильных волн. Отсутствие какой-либо инфраструктуры поблизости. До достопримечательностей ехать минут 40 на такси.

It’s an out of the property hand but lots of plastic and rubbish washed ashore. Sore to the eye.

An okay stay, but not the fancy stay they want to sell, but at the price of a fancy place.

The space is really pretty, so that was really nice.

We were expecting to be staying in the bungalows by the water since we had gotten the sea view, but that wasn’t the case (so the pictures are not super accurate). The room we got was really nice, pretty view, but was on the road side and there was actually so much noise from trucks, particularly at night, so that was not nice. The bathroom had a bit of a smell, but totally fine. The beach is awful, like you cannot go swimming because of all the trash that is both on the beach and the water. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special.

Vidunderligt, afslappende, paradisisk!

Vi rejste tre genrationer sammen, og vi nød alle opholdet: Værelserne, poolen, den skønne mad, de smukke omgivelser, det utroligt søde og hjælpsomme personale, den vidunderlige massage, fred og ro. Morgenmaden var varieret med både vietnamesiske og vestlige retter, og både frokost og aftensmad var frisk, lækker og meget appetitlig. Der var et stort udbud af juicer, smoothies og frugt - det var alt sammen med til, at vi havde et vidunderligt ophold, og vi håber, at få mulighed for at vende tilbage på et senere tidspunkt.

V novembri vôbec nesedeli fotky vody a pláže s realitou.

Personál, vybavenie hotela, možnosť požičať si motorku, bazén.

More veľmi špinavé, rovnako veľmi veľa odpadkov na pláži. V mori sa nedalo kúpať, využívali sme iba bazén. Celkovo sme boli 4 noci v chatkách na vode a technicky stav chatiek nebol 100%-ný. V blízkosti hotela domáci vynášali stavebný odpad do mora.

Que el hotel sea bonito no es suficiente

Nos hospedamos en las cabañas del final, las vistas desde la cabaña son bonitas. Además el hotel está bien decorado y parece acogedor

La relación calidad-precio no es justa en absoluto, el precio es excesivo para el servicio que ofrecen. Para empezar, estaban haciendo tareas de mantenimiento del hotel, como lijar las paredes de madera y arreglar techos, con clientes alojados en cabañas cercanas, esto generaba mucho ruido por lo cual no podíamos estar tranquilos ni tener intimidad. Los empleados apenas hablan inglés, la cabaña estaba sucia, con telarañas que se notaba que no habían limpiado en profundidad desde hace tiempo, una taza de la habitación manchada con pintalabios. Además, vimos personal del hotel escupiendo por el césped lo cual es bastante desagradable o personal de limpieza tirando un papel al mar en vez de a la basura. El desayuno se pide cuando haces el check-in y no te explican el tamaño de las raciones, son muy escuetas, por lo que nos quedamos con hambre. Es una lastima que un hotel tan bonito que podría ofrecer una experiencia única se pierda en estos detalles

Excellent!!! Definitely will come back for the bungalows on the water

We loved everything about the place, especially the bungalows on the water, like Maldives. It was peaceful, a great place to get away from the crowds and get some fresh air. I hope that it will still be there next time I come back with my kids. It's a great place for family holidays. Facilities were all included with buffet breakfast. They would love kayaking, swimming next to the bungalows and swimming pool. I really enjoyed it....

There weren't many choices of food on the menu, but we were fine with that

Beautiful Spot!

View is awesome from the bungalow room. Rooms are great. Breakfast buffet was good. Grounds are nice to walk around at night with all the accent lighting and boardwalk. Bikes are really nice and free to cruise around the neighborhood. Staff very friendly.

Garbage in the trees/bushes when the tide was low. Could be cleaned up as the property is beautiful.

Amazing views, great pools and amazing staff!

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed! Food was yummy, views so gorgeous and the floating breakfast was my favourite. Free kayaks, massage affordable! best staff ever but they don’t speak English apart from the girl in reception. She was lovely! Staff try so hard to communicate and help out so it doesn’t even matter that they can’t speak English! Use google translate! They also decorated my room which was lovely. Early free check in, late free check out as well! I will be back

Nice romantic place but not up to par for the price.

the bungalow was very romantic and spacious. the breakfast buffet was good and tasty.

unfortunately the water was not clean and very dirty. we could not swim in the ocean water off the bungalow which was a big letdown.

Overwater chalet was really nice. It will be what u expect. Nice view from the bed right on the ocean. Very big shower. The facilities overall were very clean and the stuff super friendly. They also called us for breakfast 10 min before it was about to end.

The plastic trash in the ocean. The most trash came from the fisher and the neighbors, but cleaning it from time to time, especially by ebb, would be awesome. Especially in the entry to the ocean.

Wonderful

The view is beautiful. Staffs are nice and friendly. One of the staff, Nhi set up romantic table for us beautifully. We have really good time together. We stay all day here.

If you have the opportunity, you can experience Rocksbeach Botique.

Rocksbeach boutique is one of the resorts I feel most like when I go on vacation. Here you can fully enjoy the comfort and convenience during your stay. The space at the resort is extremely clean and cool. The rooms are beautifully designed and refined. The service attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic.I really like this resort. If I come back to Phu Quoc Island I will definitely stay here again.

memorable vacation, cant wait to come again

The Phu Quoc island and the resort are very beautiful, and the staff is great, everybody was smiling, very friendly, and very attentive to our needs. We stayed at premier On the sea with an overwater hammock, and it was great. The food at the buffet was very good. clear sea, not blue but green, Wonderful kayaking around the island, and swimming from the room. can wait to come back

Beautiful stay. Would recommend to others :)

The staff were very kind and helpful. Linh was always super sweet while taking our requests. The location is amazing. The sea bar at night is lit up with lights and looks spectacular.

The pool could be more well maintained. The restaurant timings can be extended a little later as they close all requests by 9:30 PM and there’s not many restaurants available nearby.

we had a great and pleasant stay! only improvement: please provide drinking water. more than that it was perfect!

the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the pool was nice and even though the beach is not really nice to swim and the water is more beautiful on the other side of the island, it was great for relaxing.

it was a bit far from everything and taxis are expensive so we rented scooters to be able to move around. also, there is no supermarket around and the hotel only provides 1 small bottle of water per day so we had to go quite far and carry loads of water bottles in order to have enough to drink.

Gorgeous “Maldives” water bungalows for WAY cheaper!

The overall relaxation & beautiful scenic views were exactly what we wanted for our last 2 nights in Vietnam. Gorgeous bungalows.

The service could have been a little bit better. Plates and cups were left around for days.

Fantastic weekend

If you look for a quiet place far from the touristic area, so here is a place for you. Enjoy sunrise every morning, i love it :). All the staffs are very friendly, helpful and lovely breakfast 😋

Fantastic stay, nice and quiet, highly recommended.

We stayed in the 2 br.villa which is very comfortable and perfect for our group. It also has a spectacular view of the sunrise. The breakfast was good and staffs are friendly. We walked to a nearby seafood restaurant for a delicious dinner. The resort is on the quiet side of the island and it also offered complimentary airport transfer.

The bathroom has no door (only rope curtain).
