Great apartment out of touristy areas.

Great location, we love to walk and explore, so it was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable.

It wasn't a big thing, but I just couldn't figure out how to get the air con to work, so was rather warm at night.

BEL APPARTAMENTO VICINO TERMINI

Ottimo self check in ... posizione centrale vicino a termini , ambiente confortevole. In mezzo alla vita notturna ma si dorme tranquillamente ci sono i vetri camera ! Sotto casa trovi supermercati bar e tanti ristoranti

Il riscaldamento la sera viene abbassato notevolmente e si rischia di morire di freddo ma non dipende dai proprietari ma dal condominio

good stay in Rome.

the owner was well informed, there was an elevator and close to supermarkets. it’s about 20 min walk to termini station making it a good stay for traveling. the unit has well equipped kitchen utensils. wifi air-con was good. the bed was very comfortable and big. the unit was very big and relaxing on the inside.

there was a lot of mosquitoes, I got bitten all over, more than 20 bites, even on my face. so I recommend the owner preparing some mosquitoes repellants in the unit for the next guests staying :)

Comfortable and well connected apartment in San Lorenzo, great to enjoy a local experience.

Everything is the same as the pictures. It was a very comfortable apartment for 3. The beds were confortable and the kitchen well equipped. We had a long stay and Emanuela sent someone to freshen up everything in the middle of it. We really appreciated that. It was very clean and the bedding and towels felt very clean as well. The shower set up was a bit awkward but we got used to it fast. The water pressure is always great through out the apartment and there’s always hot water available The neighborhood is of full of life at night. You won’t notice much of the noise with ear plugs. For us it was okay, we slept perfectly fine every night. If you are too noise sensitive then just consider it. The location is excellent. Connected with a couple of bus stops a few minutes of walking away. It’s well connected with the 71 and 492 buses which take you to all of the important “must see” places in Rome. Termini is a 15-20min walk away. There’s a supermarket 3mins away (walking). San Lorenzo is a very charming neighborhood. Lots of good local food to try and the feeling of a very Roman lifestyle. If you want something more authentic and less tourist oriented, then this is perfect for that. I would stay here again. .

The best apartment for 3 people visiting Rome!

This accomodation was perfect! We were looking for an apartment for 3 people and this was exactly what we needed! There's kitchen with all equipment, large fridge, dining room, hairdryer,... We visited in the winter and were not feeling cold at all. Whole apartment was very clean. The owner was very helpful and sent us a detailed information in advance so there weren't any other questions from our side.

Yes, it's a bit louder outside but this is Italy and you are on the 3rd floor so get over it, Karen, and use ear plugs. The bathroom with the shower is a bit small and really the only thing we minded, but overall can only recommend!

It was really nice place and it was worth of stay there

The apartment was quite big, it was well organized, all kitchen equipment was fine and Emanuela- owner od that place is the most charming person in the world.

The neighborhood is quite noisy, but it is really safe, so id your looking dor really quiet place- it may be not the best place. But I still recommend it.

Pleasant

Apartment is located in authentic italian house. There's a kitchen, so you can cook. Lively and scenic neighborhood with lot of bars and youth.

Despite the apartment is all set, some how you have to struggle to feel realy comfortable here. Overall I had a bit neglected feel about the apartment. Not to mention oilcloth on the dinner table )). Remember that you'll have to pay extra fee for check-in after 9 pm. And you need to know that there a bit noisy because all those people hanging out outside, for me it was ok though.
