We had a great stay. Thank you.
Our host was away when we arrived but had made all arrangements during her absence, which worked well. The staff were lovely and did a great job though, so that wasn't much of a negative really...

Bed very comfy and breakfast was very good
When we arrived the room was very cold the heating was not turned on until we arrived and took a long a warm up
Also surprised at being asked to dry our windows with a window vac each morning, never been asked to do that before

Great location, walkable distance to nearby shops and amenities.
Accepted dogs and was friendly towards them.
Was amenable to us leaving early in the morning and providing a brekkie box for us to leave with.
The bee boxes were fab, would have loved to have tried the honey but maybe next time.
If you like ghosts you might be lucky and spot a previous resident :)
I had quite a sneezing attack once I'd been in the room for a while, however I'm quite sensitive to certain things so it could have been anything and isn't necessarily a negative about the room as it was clean enough.

Beautiful house with lots of history and beautiful pieces scattered around the home. Loved the info book giving history of the house. Host was excellent and very accommodating- wish we hadn’t just been passing through for one night!

A gracious homely villa in a rather lovely Victorian spa village. Fiona is a great host, lots of local information available and goes that extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and every effort was made to accommodate my husband who has coeliac and needs to be gluten free . We really enjoyed the area around Strathpeffer a place we will almost certainly return to.

The location was excellent, a lovely spa town popularised in the Victorian era, providing a perfect base to explore local walks.
Breakfast was a revelation with the option of a vegetarian haggis with your cooked breakfast, produce from their garden including rhubarb (delicious with ginger) and honey extracted from one of their beehives, served by the very helpful hostess Fiona in the elegant breakfast room.
Our room was very comfortable and had wonderful views of the surrounding hills, with the added bonus of some whisky in a decanter, perfect!

We had a very comfortable stay at Holly Lodge, set in the heart of lovely Strathpeffer.
We had a beautiful room with a large en-suite. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of homegrown fruits and delicious honey from their own bees.
We would definitely recommend a stay here.
