Thank you for a wonderful stay. Our family will be back.

Clean, spacious, value for money and free complimentary biscuits in the room. Very comfy beds and a lovely bathroom.

The hotel and restaurant were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they had arranged a cot bed for us as we were travelling with a baby. They also arranged for us to stay an extra night in the same rooms when our next hotel was cancelled. There was on site parking and it's 15 min walk from the train station, with a few supermarkets nearby. The restaurant was great and very welcoming too. Finally, when we left we left a pair of sunglasses in the room, and the staff kindly posted them to us free of charge! 5* service, thank you!

The breakfast was a little pricey, but there is a wide range and it was very tasty.

I’d love to give a higher score but I was kept awake by the traffic and some noisy children who ran up and down the land

the rooms were clean and comfortable

the windows needs to be soundproof the traffic was extremely noisy all night

The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfy.

The room seemed a bit cold and couldn't work out how to turn the temperature up.

If you are like me and you need to work from your room on a business trip, do not choose this hotel

NO wi-fi in room. No attention from the staff. No reception on site.

poor street sound isolation. only one card for the room No telephone at the room. you have to walk to another building across a parking lot to make a request.

Mini Break in Ipswich

Didn't have breakfast, although I liked the addition of biscuits (albeit a small pack), something you don't get at Premier Inn. Great location. Like the idea of all the trees that have been left untouched on the main road upto location.

No decaffeinated tea or coffee sachets available.
