if you are going to Ipswich this is a must stay. The Shamrock is right next door if you are looking for a cool local pub

This place was so well equipped, the kitchen is well stocked. the location is amazing. the beds are comfortable and the communication with the host was great.

Exceptional

Hosts are amazing and very supportive for everything. The flat is big, clean and with everything you could need. The position is in the center of Ipswich and in 2 minutes you are everywhere.

Well appointed comfortable and well located

Some confusion over access including a potential scam seeking personal banking information and funds in contradiction to stated policy. Never really had a clear explanation of this from owners... booking.com should inquire... quite disturbing and created considerable anxiety.

Would recommend for business people or two adult couples.

Superb location, only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but the apartment wasn't too noisy. Short walk to the interesting waterfront area. Recently refurbished apartment, with good heating, wifi, safe parking and a large lounge / dining area. Shower and bath were good.

Great Location for our stay

The location was terrific. Steps from the main downtown with its groceries and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Ipswich Town football match. The apartment had a full kitchen, good Telly and wireless. Beds were comfortable. Secluded off the street parking.

Carpets needed a little more TLC. The kettle needed decalcifying. We had trouble with the shower handle being very difficult to turn and when we texted/emailed the landlord about it, she was slow in responding and not very helpful

Excellent location, ideal for a couple of nights away

Location was excellent with ample eateries in walking distance. Very quiet. Well equipped kitchen

Parking bays could do with having their numbers repainted as you cannot make out any numbers at all. More signage would be useful as there were 3 couples including ourselves wandering around trying to figure where each flat was. TV programme choice was very limited

Location good, spacious rooms. Ruth was very accommodating with an late checkout at 12.

No hotwater for the weekend despite the boiler being switched on. £50 cleaning fee is steep! Flat was tidy, but not fully clean. Work surfaces were clear but not clean, glasses had to be washed before use as marks on them and makeup stains on the carpet from previous lets.

home from home. Close to town and free parking.

it’s a personal thing but I found that the blinds in the bedrooms don’t keep enough light out which can make it difficult to sleep if you’re not a morning person.

everything you need for a short weekend away

had everything that a family of three needed and was a very big apartment and great location not far from the town centre

everything was nice about the property just a bit gutted there was no wii console as we brought games and then it was in the apartment

Well presented property with parking in convenient central location.

Convenient central location with secure off road parking. Property had the facilities we required, it was generally clean, well presented and spacious for a smaller property. Main entrance was at the front and the car park could be accessed from the rear of the property as well.

Toilet seat required repair, oven needed a clean inside, freezer was iced up - needs defrosting. Storage heaters were not that effective - one was displaying an error code. There were no fire instructions, fire blanket/fire extinguisher.

Perfect location, easy access parking at rear, lovely apartment, host very helpful when contacted

Toilet - seat was loose, cistern took forever to refill and toilet brush was filthy. Minor details that didn't negatively affect our stay but were an irritant

modern well equipped kitchen.

The outside landscaping was unkept with lots of weeds. The windows had no soundproofing letting in lots of noise from people walking past in the street. Toilet pressure very low meaning you could only flush twice after which it would take hours to refill the cistern. Needs table lamps or side lights in the living room

Great hosts, good location for shops & excellent restaurants, easy to access prime Suffolk sights.

Some blinds broken. The windows were all sash and easy to open, but the blind mechanisms were not satisfactory.

Over priced for the quality of the apt.

The size of apt was good.

Very shabby old bedlinen. Old cheap duvets. Sticky floors. Apartment was smelly possibly smoke. Outside very dirty , would take very lite to tidy a d clean it up .

Lovely spacious apartment close to ipswich centre. Easy check in and great communication with hosts before during and after stay supporting with queries. Our family of 2 adults and 2 children had a great stay- thank you!
