Un bon centre de plongée

Un hôtel loin des masses de touristes, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire : des activités aquatiques et terrestres, un centre de plongée professionnel, un espace spa. La possibilité de faire du PMT sans s’éloigner de trop du bord de la plage. Un lieu bien entretenu.

La nourriture du restaurant de qualité inégale, le petit déjeuner pas extra. Parfois beaucoup de courant dans l’eau, plage de galets. Les tarifs un peu élevés.

Lovely Villa's, excellent diving.

The Villa's are beautiful and very clean. The Scuba Diving operation is fantastic. Pool is lovely, food was excellent.

The swim up bar is not in use. There was a sign that said 'ring bell' but the bell was completely rusted and falling apart. The entertainment area with the pool table, ping pong etc was in a terrible state.

Mooie plek voor duikers

Relax Bali is voor ons een aparte ervaring, er hangt een raar sfeertje, wellicht niet ons plekje, het lijkt maar dat weet ik niet zeker dat het complex overgenomen is door Tsjechen, de helft van de gasten zijn ook Tsjechisch en ook staat alles in Tsjechisch vermeld, de vermeende eigenaren houden zich dan ook alleen bezig met het eigen volk en dat veroorzaakt dit aparte sfeertje, het complex is mooi gelegen, echt een duik locatie ook daar helemaal voor ingericht, wij snorkelen en dat is voor het complex niet interessant. De huisjes zijn prachtig gerenoveerd en sfeervol ingericht met een fijn uitzicht over zee! Heerlijk! Het restaurant is redelijk niet heel geweldig en wat duurder maar dat is niet erg als het goed is, helaas zijn er weinig alternatieven aan warungs in de omgeving. Wij zijn naar tulamben gegaan om te snorkelen bij het liberty wrak, mooie lokatie , veel vis rond het wrak en niet schuw, wel veel duikers af en toe had ik het gevoel meer in een jacuzzi te zitten dan in de open ocean, er waren wel 100 duikers die nogal wat bellen blaasden……. Koraal was mooi maar niet heel bijzonder, voor ons niet vergelijkbaar met menjangan island bij permuteran. 2 nachtjes hier was dan ook genoeg.

De sfeer was niet helemaal wat wij verwacht hadden.

Not worth the money!

Location right by the sea, bed was comfortable and room was nice

Overall lack of detail, empty beer bottles, dishes from the day before not cleared, no soap in dispenser on toilet, no trash can for paper towel. Quality of food very poor, spoiled avocado, ham in vegetarian dishes. Not very friendly staff, everybody seems bothered when asked a question. Property run down, broken lawn-chairs, you can just see nobody really cares.

It’s a 2-3 hours drive from the airport. But great for diving and relaxing.

Location and friendly staff. Overall very good condition but needs some updates / renovation here and there.

For this level should offer butler service for private villas.

Relaxing couple of days

Included breakfast was adequate and reasonable selection. Great facilities available at the resort. Fabulous location overlooking the ocean. Loved the flora throughout. Room clean and hygienic. Well stocked mini bar although we didn’t use. Superb staff throughout, always helpful and assisting.

Steps to bungalow need a handrail installed to assist older guests. At 75 years old I can’t bound up steps any more and they prove difficult without a handrail.

Paradise on earth…

Perfection on all points, paradise on earth, we booked a villa (named sunny) our own tropical garden with sea view - our own pool, everything is so well maintained - restaurant on site offers good options and is affordable - breakfast is home made and good (pancakes with homemade jam) dive center well managed (liberty wreck is 10’ away) ladies technicians in the spa are so gracious and well trained (you need to register on the board as soon as you arrive)…everything was perfect and we had a very good and relaxing experience

Nothing - it is perfection Just be aware that you will have a charge of 3% when you pay with credit card and just 1% if you pay with debit in roopies (wise - revolut cards as an example)

Spectacular, totally worth the price

We liked the beauty of this place, cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. There are a lot places for doing sports, relax and chill. Especially we liked bungalows near the ocean. Swimming pools are great. Breakfast is great, lunch and dinner are affordable. We didn’t want to check out from here! Totally worth its price. The owner of this place is very welcoming person, worries about quality of the place and monitors that it is consistent. We also liked attention to czech language and great English knowledge of reception staff.

The earthly paradise!!

I stayed 3 nights in one of the Villas of the Resort and I can say that they are really wonderful. They have all the comforts and privacy required for a stay in a fascinating environment. The service is excellent, the impeccable cleanliness, a spa with very good massages, everything perfect to live some incredible days. Being able to see the housekeeper watch every morning from my room, or from some of the different points in the Garden of my villa was truly magical.

It is a beautiful resort, too focused on diving, maybe a little more focus on non-diving passengers, to encourage them to do it or do other activities.

The location is great, resort is well maintained and room was very clean. They don’t have phone in the room but staff was very proactive on whatsapp. Everything was great. It was our second time in the resorts

There’s nothing to not like but since I am a vegetarian, I had lesser options to eat from.

Perfect place to unwind and relax.

Beautiful location, great snorkelling, great food and spa. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable room and an outside bathroom.

Beautiful location, lovely rooms with a stunning sea view, beautiful home reef, amazing service! Made my birthday feel really special! Very accommodating and friendly staff!

The Indonesian/Balinese food could have been much better, but there are options to explore nearby.

Very pleasant stay

A very pleasant stay. Nice staff, clean accommodation and great restaurant. The possibility of trips and diving right in front of the resort was just an advantage.

very accommodating, lovely staff and right on the seafront. the room was spacious and clean and there were plenty of clean towels available. the massage was excellent and very much appreciated. we had booked diving elsewhere as the accommodation arrangements were very last minute but their dive school seemed to be well run. there was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and the food was very tasty.

Stunning area, quiet and peaceful. No mass tourism. The accommodation is luxurious and very spacious.

It’s a paradise in a beautiful area. We were just spoiled so much with a super nice upgrade, a massage and Christmas presents.

Wonderful hotel with a great view

We got a free room upgrade. The staff was very polite and helpful. The owners were also amazing. Great food with a seaview. Snorkling/Diving in front of the hotel is also recommended. Bonus: Wonderful Sunrise in the early morning.

I liked the location and the stunning pool. The property that we stayed in had beautiful picturesque views of the ocean

There were bugs crawling on a lot of our stuff we left in the outdoor bathroom. I had a big situation in terms of not being able to cancel my stay and having to pay extra money. There were no mosquito nets and some of us got bit.

Gorgeous villa in a beautiful location

The villa was absolutely stunning - 2 huge bedrooms, enormous outdoor bathrooms, excellent sitting room all beautifully furnished and with gorgeous art. Outside we had a huge garden space with a good size pool, loungers, two shaded platforms and a table. Everything was very comfortable. When it was clear, we had a great view of Mount Agung from the pool. We rated the food among the best we had in Bali. We were there primarily to dive the Liberty wreck. We'd arranged this through an external operator so can't comment on the onsite dive shop but they were very friendly and we saw that there was shore diving available at the hotel. The hotel is in Kubu, only around 5 minutes north of the Liberty wreck. The village itself is very quiet and there were very few warungs and no bars or shops aimed at tourists. However, the locals were exceptionally friendly when we went out for a walk. It's worth noting that, although the hotel fronts the sea, there's no beach in this area of Bali - a little black sand at low tide but mainly black volcanic rocks. Stunning and the pools at the hotel are good.
