The stay was very peaceful and quiet. Staff was friendly.

Cleanliness, not very expensive, location wasn’t bad and room size was ok.

The West side view was obstructed by another hotel. Not a real pet person so I could have done without seeing them.

Room was ok, but wasn't cleaned one day. The accounting system is horrendous.

I booked this room with Booking.com on June 20 and paid in advance. When I checked in, the hotel charged me not only the $75 incidental fee, but they charged me the full 3 day room price of $648.69. I have now paid Booking.com the $648.69, but also the Hilton Garden Inn. When the Hilton charged me, I argued with the front desk and manager that I'd been charged but they said that this couldn't be. Well, tell my credit card that. The hotel says it will remove the charges in five days, but I'm not confident that will happen. This really has pissed me off and the hotel doesn't seem to care how they jack customers around. Additionally, the hotel did not touch our room on one day, so we had to get coffee and towels at the front desk. We won't stay there anymore.

Overall enjoyed our stay but found it overpriced.

Breakfast was ok, and really liked the location.

I found the price was too expensive and even though the weekend had passed the rate didn’t reduce so we went to another hotel.

I won't go back to this hotel.

The hotel was clean and close to the beach. The staff was very nice and friendly. It was close to restaurants and had fairly easy access.

Too expensive, a barn door for the bathroom instead of areal door. I have never stayed at a hotel that is supposed to be highly rated and not have breakfast included. The price was very expensive. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Free breakfast would be a plus.

Great Stay…Would stay again!

The hotel was nice, clean, and had a refreshing smell. Location was perfect for what we needed. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

I didn’t like that only one key card was issued and was told they only had enough for one per guest which normally isn’t an issue however a key card is needed for the elevator to access room levels so this made it a pain being a family of 5. Also the breakfast was extremely over priced. I believe the buffet was $12.99 a person and/or option to order off the menu, needless to say 3 people ate for $50.

It could be a great stay, but it was completely tarnished with a lack of a minimum of customer customer

Good location, clean, nice spacious room, A/C working well, quiet room.

No WiFi in the room due to technical issues but will not be fixed for a while… that is not tolerable. Plus no excuse from the management and not even a commercial little compensation. Plus no warning before the time of checking in. They can send you all kinds of adds, but funny they can’t contact you for something as important as WiFi connection.

Great Experience and a Really Nice Hotel

It was in a good location

The main lobby isn’t on the 1st floor , you have to wait on the elevator to take you to the second floor where the lobby is .

Great location.

The rooms were nasty. The hallway and room smelled like dog and our mattress had a large urine stain. We had to purchase air fresheners just to tolerate the stay. There was black mold in the bathroom. The desk clerk ran my card again after it was already been pre authorized. Moreover, they didn't provide enough linens for our stay. We had to keep asking for more. The room was simply nasty. For the money I expected more from a Hilton.

Overpriced for overall stay

Location was great.

Buffet was expensive compared to the quality and the options provided. The pet fee was pretty high compared to other hotels we have stayed at. Water pressure wasn't poor and the hot water was out a couple of times. The price compared to overall quality of our stay was expensive. The only thing I see making it that way is location.
