First and last for a Double Tree

Location

Everything. The check in process was the worst I have ever had anywhere. The room design was not user friendly at all. Counter space in bathroom was nonexistent.

Staff was nice and location was good. That give you a cook and a bottle of water that was nice.

When i arrived the elevator didn't work!!! The air conditioner in the hell was not working. If i hadn't paid for my stay in full $879. I would have when to another hotel. Got in my room and it did have microwave or refrigerator in the room. When to the bar area and was told that breakfast buffet was $15 dollars per person. And to top that off the young lady that was taking the payment for breakfast, said that she was told she did have to take cash,because she didn't have time to count the drawer because she had to hurry and get home because she just had a new born baby. That didn't set well with me because the customers such come first. Because after all no customers NO job!!! That was crazy to me that you would even tell a customer THAT! And get this !!!! Someone on the cleaning staff STOLEN my beautiful pink STANLEY cup that my grandkids give me for this Mother's Day this year out of my ROOM. Reported it to the front desk but that don't have cameras. So the front desk cleck said she will ask staff about it . She sure have just laughed in my face. Asked about my cup when i was checking out. I was giving a card to talk to the GM he was not at the hotel until Monday morning to see whst he csn do about it. Not meaning to make a big deal about it BUT my grandkids give it too ME.

Overall stay was fair.

Air conditioning in the hallway did not work at times, hot in the area of elevators going to the rooms. The floors in the bathroom and room were dirty. I preferred a room on the lower level. Was placed on the 10th Floor.

Really good hotel; would revist

This was a nice facility in a very good location with easy access to the main streets and casinos. Parking was free and hotel lobby, restaurant and rooms were clean and staff was accommodating, helpful, pleasant and courteous.

There wasn't very much that we didn't like about the hotel except that the hallways in hotel were uncomfortably warm and hotel restaurant was a bit pricey.

IT ROYALY SUCKED!!!!

Nice hotel, terrible staff!!

Booked room for 4 people, upon arrival it took 40 minutes to get in with only 2 people in front with 2 people working front desk and a manager there as well, got to room finally and attempted to take showers only to realize we only got 3 towels and 2 wash cloths, called front desk several times, finally received towels, no wash cloths, called front again and the woman rudely stated we have a packed house sir and wash cloths were being washed or dried and would be a while, well we gave up on the wash rags being delivered after another hour or 2, next morning we try to go get complementary breakfast only to find out it’s not complementary if you book on line as we did, it would have been $15 per person to eat eggs, sausage and grits or cereal, we went to McDonalds! $522 for 2 nights managed to get a shower on 2nd night, needless to say this family won’t be back to Doubletree in Biloxi

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable and conveniently located to attractions. Staff was very friendly.

The rooms need mini refrigerators and microwaves. Also would be helpful to have some kind of shuttle service to casinos.

it was ok but they need to clean better and gets a plumber to unclog the tubs

I liked the location and the hotel was very nice

I paid 450 for my room and my tub as stopped up and they send the security to unclog it with a plunger to unclog the tub but it didn’t work and they did try harder to fix the problem. I paid to much for that room for one night for them to have an clogged the tub and there was an used bar of soap left in the shower

Fun weekend getaway with the wife

We were super pleased with our room. We had a King Bed with a corner room. We could've slept 15 people in that room. The bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The shower was very roomy and wasn't slippery. Located across the street from the beach area. Located down the road from great restaurants and plenty of shopping. The staff were very friendly, and answered any questions we had. Plenty of parking at the hotel as well. Definitely going back next time down. All you can eat crab legs at Treasure Bay Casino about 5 minutes down Hwy 90.

My concert got cancelled and I was notified but that has nothing to do with this hotel!!

It was in the middle of town and the rooms were exceptionally clean

How thin the walls are. You can hear a pin drop in the room beside you.
