A quiet location close to Dalyan and on route to airport, Ortaca and Fethiye. A relaxing environment with an very kind h

Well maintained accommodation and grounds. Rooms were clean and bedding and towels very fresh and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked to cook.

No downstairs loo to use when using the pool.

Lovely peaceful apartment with friendly, helpful staff.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Aircon was powerful. The balcony although small was big enough for 2 people with lovely mountain views. The pool and gardens were well looked after, plenty of sun beds and seating areas. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever needed.

Wifi was very slow in the apartment room but it worked perfectly at the pool.

absolutely perfect, will be back

About 15 min walk from the main town so it was quiet and cosy. The pool was lovely, it had a coveted area for shade/occasional rain. Our apartment also had a little balcony with a gorgeous view of the fields and mountains and even a stork’s nest!

Very good

Host was really lovely, apartment was comfortable and the pool was fabulous. Close enough to centre to walk everyday but far enough away to have lots of space. Great value for money.

It's the best place we have stayed in Dalyan and by far the cheapest... We were happy with everything.

Thanks to the kindness of the hosts, I experienced 3 unforgettable, amazing weeks in Dalyan.

I had an incredible 3 weeks at Summer Life Villa/Apart. I was immediately made to feel welcome and at home. There was nothing the staff would not do to help me - I appreciate the kindness they showed me. The facilities were great - the pool was clean, the bed was comfortable; my flat had powerful air con. I throughly enjoyed drinking Turkish coffee by the pool during the day and sitting on my balcony every morning, taking in the incredible view. I wish I could have stayed for longer. Thank you to everyone at this establishment.

Amazing place to stay in Dalyan

We had amazing time. Villa in perfect location 10 min walk to centre very quiet with amazingscenerys. Staff are very friendly . Husein and Ali is amazing hosts . Very big heart man and amazing cook. Breakfast was fantastic . Rooms are super clean 👌10 out of 10

Good location if you get there by a car. Enough place for parking on a street and few at the territory. Dalyan town center could be reached by foot. A few grocery stores available nearby. Hotel territory spacious, green and well maintained. There also pool. Apartments equipt with kitchenware enough for long-stay cooking, there are oven and stove. Wi-Fi is also available. Enough blankets, air-conditioner in the each bedroom and owner provided us with additional heater. Good value for money. Budget stay. Owner is great, polite and helpful. He speaks good English.

It's definitely summer residence. It's definitely for warm weather. I could never imagine I book this property again in December-January period. Main water heating is sun powered, so in cloudy day you suppose to use electric heating for water, but it gives you slightly warm water which ends quick. not even enough for two persons. Interior is outdated and could be improved. In summary, most of disadvantages caused by cold weather in low season.

nothing really great value for money and a excellent host who couldn’t do enough for you. the fruit was amazing freaking picked from his trees we just couldn’t manage to eat it all as we were out a lot but really nice.

It's a very cold house in the winter. Would make for a nice summer house. A little bit old and worn The hot water didn't work, we were given a 22% discount (thus I didn't leave a worse score)
