Clean. Room, good kitchen facilities if you wish too
Cook or have food in . Open 24/ 7
Nice selection of continental breakfast.
Bed room front up stairs bath room very small. We did manage. However if your a big man tall don't think you would .
Beds , double very comfortable the single not so good., mattress a bit lumpy. . Not good if you have back problems.
I will book again. Paul and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing to much trouble.
Great for buses. And local facilities.
Over all a very enjoyable experience. 😉
No hair dryer in room .
So you need to take one with you.

Breakfast was help yourself in a communal kitchen. Had to share butter and milk with other guests instead of individual pacts. Fair choice of cereals, fruit juices but yogurts not restocked so little choice
Should not be advertised as hotel, should be advertised as rooms with communal kitchen. No staff on arrival, had to phone owner to get access into building, by using key code box. Only staff saw were the cleaners who brought their children with them!

Good clean basic accommodation which suited my needs perfectly

Awful more off an Hostel then an hotel. No ensuite toilets and showers in corridor. Might as well gone camping.
Breakfast included, rubbish could not tell if food was for what looked like permanent residents.

The self service breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. The room and bathroom were clean and the bedroom had plenty of natural light. It was quiet and I didn’t hear any of the other residents. The location was perfect for me as I was visiting family close by. I would definitely stay there again.

I Booked at the very last minute and arrived late too, the owner was very helpful and waited for me to arrive, i must say all was there what I needed, a reasonable price for a very tidy room and Hotel, spot on location for transport too and from Hull

The location was ok,
Very noisy in the morning when we went for breakfast, the cleaners were just talking very loudly over us no tea or coffee facilities in the room shower cubicle was falling apart, definitely not good value for money, will not be returning.

nothing
bed mattress had springs coming up through it. left with scratches on my back. Bed was obviously not new and had no back support. Shower was in the room not is a separate area and dripped all night keeping me awake. had to go out of my room to the other side of the "hotel" to use a shared bathroom. Felt more like a hostel than a "Hotel"

Mattress has collapsed very uncomfortable left after one night

Went for Hull fair the man who showed us around was very nice and made sure we were welcome and made sure we knew everything including fire safety procedures on which doors to exit

I slept well as it was quiet and warm. There was a decent choice of cereals, pastry, fruit and fruit juice at breakfast. The kitchen has a kettle, fridge, toasters and microwaves to make food on an evening and was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking space and good WiFi too.
The decor is a bit dated, and it's a bit dark walking from the car park (at the back) to the front door, which I found unnerving, but it's only a short distance.

Nice and clean hotel. Kitchen and lounge facilities are decent. There's no staff, you just help yourself to whatever you need really. Coffee, biscuits, whatever.
The room they put me in was situated next to the kitchen and lounge area.. And was it noisy. The din from people using the kitchen carried on well into the night. Didn't manage to get to sleep until well after midnight. Also the mattress for that room was rubbish. You're just lying on springs. I suppose if they'd given me a different room my opinion would have different.. On the plus side parking facilities are excellent and you get to meet a lot of interesting people.

it was clean
The owner wasn’t there. I booked a private bathroom but there was no toilet in there & had to go down the corridor if needed the toilet ☹️ breakfast was continental & couldn’t have any cereal due to no milk!

Very comfortable bed. Great to have a shower in the room and wash basin.
Bedroom door was off the kitchen not ideal. Unfortunately not sound proofed either so I was kept awake all night with noise from a baby in the room next door and comings and goings in the kitchen, loud voices in there and banging cupboard doors. I could even here the kettle being switched on! Has to keep the TV on all night to drown out the noise.

Great kitchen that doubles as a social room. I had a lovely room on the ground floor that was, due to it’s location, a bit sensitive to noise from
other guests.
The breakfast was not to my likings at all. the only options where sugary stuff and white toast, I missed something healthier and more sustaining. Also: cleaning happened during breakfast time. You’d think that waiting until after checkout (10.00) was the better option.
3.5
Good location for our needs.
Clean
lots of choice in the ‘help yourself’ breakfast
unfortunately, the double bed in the big room was too soft and very squeaky.

Loved location. Room was comfortable and as my room had a shower facility this was great. Toilet only next door. As my room on first floor it was out of the main thoroughfare so got a good night's sleep.
The proprieters very helpful on arrival with regard to keys and key codes plus informing us of local restaurants.
Other rooms were situated off from the kitchen area which was very noisy as some visitors were up at 5.00 am ish and didn't respect the fact that people were sleeping 😴
My tv in the room was without a remote control so couldn't access tv at all.
3.5
Room was quiet and comfortable.
I liked the serve yourself kitchen.
Fortunately I got up early to make my breakfast but later the milk ran out. I would have liked muesli as breakfast option and maybe yoghurt.
3.5
Nothing, apart from the parking.
Breakfast was a self served and minimal 'continental'. If this was served on the continent, it would've been thrown back! A bit of jam and marmalade on some bread! Nobody at the property - after waiting outside for quite a while, I had to call the staff (4 times) and then open a key box to let myself in. I was booked for 2 nights, but left after 1. I couldn't wait to leave! The facilities were dreadful! Nothing in the vicinity; no restaurants, decent bars, etc. The pub across the road was a rough dive. Hated everything about the place.
3.5
The room was very clean as was the whole of the hotel.
Not good for me having no staff interaction.telephone call needed to get access code for entrance
No staff available for the whole of the stay
