It was fine.

Room was cleaned daily.

I thought I could sleep four adults in the 2 bedrooms but it was a bunk bed situation. One adult slept on the couch in the main room. Disappointed in the communication with the main staff. Do not plan to check in early or leave luggage.

Muchísima humedad, práctico para dos personas con niños.

No mucho, nada claro donde estaba el apartamento, había que salir de la zona de Check in para entrar por la puerta de al lado y está puerta daba a la calle. Casi sin ventanas para poder abrir, muchísima humedad, sin placard para dejar la ropa, y mucho moho en el baño y olor a podrido.

Las ventanas no se podían abrir, mucha humedad, el moho en el baño y olor feo, la falta de placard y el barrio.

Great apartment experience, however location is an issue.

The greatest standout for this property was the size of the room and facilities provided. With a full kitchenette small table and ample space it was very comfortable to spend time in during the hours wherein you aren't exploring. Sufficient utensils and cooking materials are provided making it a great option in that light. Location is also a 10 minute walk from Saint Jorge Castle!

Unfortunately, this property is positioned in a low socio-economic area, that is, the streets are largely dirty and it's not uncommon to be approached by people for money or food when entering or exiting the building. Furthermore, there is an escalator for access to the street level of the hotel, however not the same to get back down to public transport etc. So be prepared to carry your bags down dozens of steps on check-out day. There is also no lift in the building so do consider access with suitcases as this was an issue for me.

Mieszkanie do polecenia, pobyt bardzo udany :)

Mieszkanie w super lokalizacji, niedaleko stacja metra. W mieszkaniu wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. W kuchni niczego nie brakowało ze sprzętów. Łóżka wygodne. Możliwość zameldowania się online. Na miejscu również automat można się zameldować na miejscu. Automat "wydaje" kod do mieszkania, więc bardzo wygodnie, nie ma potrzeby jechania gdzies po klucze. W mieszkaniu czysto. Mieszkanie do polecenia. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zarzutu.

Trzeba mieć na uwadze że mieszkanie na 4 piętrze z dość stromymi wąskimi schodami. Nie ma tragedii ale dla starszych osób może być problem. W jednym z pokoi dość mocno było czuć stęchliznę, dlatego podejrzewam, że dlatego w każdym pokoju w mieszkaniu umieszczone były zapachy w kontaktach. To nie jest jakiś wielki minus ale mnie osobiście brakowało jakiejś sofy w "salonie". Były krzesła i ławka ale na jakieś dłuższe posiedzenie nie jest to wygodne.

Basic studio apartment, but with everything you need. Good value for money.

Easy check in and check out. Good location, close to public transport links. Great food and viewing points nearby as well.

The road didn't seem to have street lamps on for some reason. Also there seemed to be a sewage problem, a strong odour of sulphur was coming out of the pipes.

Appartement bon rapport qualité-prix

L'emplacement de l'appartement, la propreté, la taille des chambres et les équipements de logement.

L'absence de parking, manque de place dans la pièce principale et mauvaise isolation phonique ( mais c'est le cas dans tous les appartements). Les photos laissent imaginer un logement plus spacieux.

La posizione, la pulizia, la comodità dell'alloggio.

Quasi niente. Forse il bagno senza riscaldamento e l'attribuzione dell'appartamento (tutto per via telematica) non così... immediata da capire. Ma il tutto è stato risolto con una semplice telefonata.

Breve estancia lisboeta

El tema de kiosko digital para acceder, si es la primera vez que lo usas, no es sencillo. Requiere un tiempo por si vais con prisas. Por lo demás todo bien. Tenían bomba de calor más radiador eléctrico adicional. Echamos en falta al principio una manta porque la habitación estaba fría. Una vez que la habitación se calentó dormimos bastante bien. Los apartamentos 01 y 02 están al pie de la calle por lo que escucharéis los coches que pasan. Tenían infusiones, galletas de soda y mermelada para desayunar. El sistema de check out también lo hicimos con un QR.

Faltaría un poco de café. En Portugal es riquísimo.

Posizione molto comoda per visitare Lisbona e check-in automatico semplice ed intuitivo. Stanza molto ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort

Odore forte proveniente dal bagno. Segnalato immediatamente all'arrivo ma problema assolutamente trascurato per 2 notti, grave peccato per le potenzialità della stanza

Clean, excellent oriented apartment

The apartment is at central location. 30 minutes by the airport by public transport. 5 minutes from the tram 28 terminal station (befote 8:30am the queue is endurable max 20 minutes). Castelo St Jorge is 15 minutes walkman where you have a fantastic view to Lisboa. The apartment is very clean. Cleaning lady is coming on a daily basis. Temperature on the rooms are really good due to the air and the air conditioners. There is a calm terrasse where you can have your breakfast.

Late evening and early morning party animals are creating some noise but moves off quickly.

Great value and location.

Great location and well appointed. Very large room and good value. Love the automated check in system. We highly recommend Gosta do Castelo restaurant.

Note it is a ground floor unit with people walking by close to the doors on the sidewalk. Doors were very secure and even had locking shutters.

Very basic but comfortable apartment apart from the noise

Well equipped, basic apartment in a good location Was also relatively clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Very Noisy- we had direct street access and the noise of pedestrians as well as the noise from upstairs was at times unbearable (every time someone walked upstairs, it was incredibly noisy). The main entrance door was also super noisy when slammed shut multiple times each night. We also had multiple people try and access our apartment (they were confused as to where the front door was) so better signage might be necessary There was also a slight sewerage smell in our bathroom, which seems quite common after reading other reviews.

Disappointing.

Nothing went well. Couldn't access the apartment entry. Tried calling number NO REPLY. Finally we left and went and ate. Upon returning still couldn't get in. Finally the cleaning lady let us in.

None responsive. Apartment smaller than advertised. AIR CONDITONER DID NOT WORK.

The location was excellent. It's really a very comfortable apartment with all the amenities that you could want. Cute little balcony for morning tea. The bathroom was very nice.

Nice comfortable apartment in a historical area.

Very compact, nice kitchen with all amenities, comfortable mattress. Near to excellent restaurants and brunch places.

Not enough toilet paper! Would be better to leave two rolls in the cupboard.

Location and amenities were excellent. Was able to cook breakfast in the kitchenette. Close walk to main attractions and Tram 28. Easy escalators up to the apartment rare in Lisbon

Street level room, maybe if I was in the actual apartments it would have been less noisy. Noise from parties and people walking along street. Would avoid during high tourist season as the noise is a lot.
